I stay in hotels frequently and this is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The breakfast buffet was also incredibly clean and well stocked and managed. Handicapped parking for my mother was right at the side door which was conveniently located and there were plenty of luggage carts in New condition. The shower head was very ample with the water- I'd like one for my house. And the complimentary in room kitchenette was phenomenal. And the staff was quick, courteous, and helpful with everything. Best hotel stay ever.

Amazing service, but amazing, from the front desk, to the restaurant to the cleaning staff. Everybody was extremely kind, attentive, polite, nice. Best in class service honestly. Food was great as well. The hotel being new, it super clean. Also next to the road which in my case worked on my advantage since I had to wake up early to drive to Aspen for business. The gym was good as well. The lobby is very nice, worked a bit from there since it was so nice.

I have been staying at Basalt Mountain Inn for years..I love this place..its perfect place right in the middle of Roaring Fork Valley. New owners are great. Heated toilets rock!

The spacious rooms with comfortable beds will help you sleep like a baby. Lively with American and International skiers, we boast a charming venue that allows you the thrill of new experiences.

Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, we stayed warm & cozy. It was quite cold on Thanksgiving night, so we weren’t able to sit outside at rivers edge, it was still nice to view it from inside. There was breakfast offered, but we didn’t take advantage of it.
