Very, very clean! Nice, new and modern hotel. The breakfast area is very beautiful and the free breakfast was A+. Pool had plenty of towels and was clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool table. Staff was very nice.

Staff was great, particularly Stephanie in the morning at breakfast service. Our room was also just as needed with studio sofa and kitchen area separate from bed area. Gym and fire pit were nice also.

We liked shopping around town a lot, ate at good restaurants (walked to all restaurants from our hotel/lodge), and traffic seemed easy enough to get around and not get frustrated with traffic volume. Jake's Downtown had terrific service, even on a very busy Thursday evening, and all 4 of our meals were excellent. Hooligan's Sports Bar was fun too, and their pub grub was very good. Excellent waitress.

We did not stay long in Billings.

We did not stay long in Billings. Just passing through to Sheridan, Wyoming. Wish we had more time. We did stop at Montana Leather Company. That was fun! Good selection of everything leather and more. The staff gave helpful tips, this is a great place to start if you are interested at all in working with leather.

I was there for a next day appointment.

I was there for a next day appointment. So this was great room & stay. It can be confusing to get around in Billings. But I use Google maps GPS with no problems. I had supper at Perkins one of my favs.

Billings has a lot to offer in the way of shopping and...

Billings has a lot to offer in the way of shopping and eating in restaurants. The city has gone downhill a lot in recent years. There is quite a lot of crime and it seems like a lot of people don't take care of their properties. We were visiting family for Christmas so we didn't eat out much.

Billings is a lovely small city.

Billings is a lovely small city. It has many amazing restaurants, shopping, and an overall genuinely navigation easy layout. There are always events going on and the appearance of the city stays overall clean and well kept. If you can't find something to do when you are there then it's just a lack of communication in the area, as it's filled with events at several locations. The need to add some additional parks would be the only suggestion that would help to provide additional interest in the area. It is a combination of Mountain, and Western charm with a metropolitan vibe.

It's like any city nowadays good and bad.we we're not expecting the amount of homeless here like here at home. Traveling was easy. Looking to move to Montana for our retirement. What a beautiful place.

Comfortable, clean room, beautifully decorated to suit the era of the hotel. I requested and was given a corner room on the top floor, with nice views and full of light. Excellent bed, very comfortable. Staff were so kind and helpful, went out of their way to assist us. Right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommended. The diner attached to the hotel is excellent, good food, great staff and reasonably priced
