the perfect hotel. I visited Boston several times; this is my go-to hotel now. I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. the facility is beautiful, the room spacious, the bed is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. but above all - the staff is super professional and friendly, with the best attitude of helping and making your stay perfect. they are all great and I would like to specifically thank Jacqueline, who helped us resolve some serious issues with our stay in Boston (caused by my mistake regarding the dates of my flight...). can't thank her enough

I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

The daytime Old Town Trolley tour was informational and beneficial. The nighttime grqveyard/ghost tour was cheesy, poorly narrated and grossly overpriced for the value. We were pleased with our meals at Legal Seafood. It was also easy to get around with Uber.

Any event at the TD Garden is worth the while.

Any event at the TD Garden is worth the while. We stayed for one and a half days so all we could do was to visit Quincy Market which I recommend. Be mindful that it is a bit confusing to drive there and parking might be quite expensive if you don't do some serious research ahead of time. Might be best to use public transportation, buses, trains, or Uber.

I found Boston to be wonderful.

I found Boston to be wonderful. The heat could not be helped, but most people[I met were happy and having a great time. I love the history of the place and I hope to come back soon and stay at the Parker Omni again. Favorite spots were the Kennedy Library and Fanueil Hall and Quincy Market areas. We ate mainly at the hotel but did eat at Union Oyster House which we enjoyed as well. I wish hotels and the city could get together and make it easier to get down to the Charles River Esplanade for the fireworks or designate another spot in the city to see them.

We went to the Old North Church and had a Private Tour.

We went to the Old North Church and had a Private Tour. It was spectacularly informative. I loved learning about the history of the church and the structure. The tour guide was wonderful and so engaging. What I found interesting was that they buried 1100 people right beneath the church. Ugh! Who thought that was a good idea..... What a great history lesson of the Mid-Night Ride of Paul Revere. The players in that famous night and their role was intriguing. What I learned is the Poem written by Longfellow was not a totally accurate depiction of that night but it made for a great poem.. Boston is just such a great place today and historically!

I loved how safe the city felt overall.

I loved how safe the city felt overall. I traveled by myself and was concerned about that aspect of exploring the city. I stayed 3 nights for a conference I was attending and wish I could have stayed longer to see more places. I walked most of the time, and this seems to be the best way to experience so much of what this city has to offer. If you have any mobility concerns, it would be wise to plan your trip accordingly. Otherwise, this is the perfect place to get your mileage in and fully immerse yourself in everything this city has to offer. I loved the small eclectic shops, hole in the wall restaurants, thrift, history, culture, Boston has it all.
