the perfect hotel. I visited Boston several times; this is my go-to hotel now. I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. the facility is beautiful, the room spacious, the bed is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. but above all - the staff is super professional and friendly, with the best attitude of helping and making your stay perfect. they are all great and I would like to specifically thank Jacqueline, who helped us resolve some serious issues with our stay in Boston (caused by my mistake regarding the dates of my flight...). can't thank her enough

I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

FAQs about hotels in Boston

Where Everybody Knows Your Name

One of the oldest and most historic US cities, Boston is known as "America’s Walking City". In its heart, next to 18th-century Faneuil Hall, is Quince Market - a food haven. In the nearby seaport, you can take a whale-watching trip or dine at one of the many restaurants serving a Boston specialty: lobster with melted butter.

The streets south of the peaceful Charles River in Back Bay are lined with Victorian brownstone houses. At the downtown end of one – Beacon Street – is the Cheers bar, modeled on the 80's sitcom. Opposite is Boston Common, a large park with a bronze sculpture celebrating the book "Make Way for Ducklings". The golden dome of the House of Representatives is by the other end.

The oldest part is Charlestown and streets around the Bunker Hill obelisk still feature old-style gas lamps, though now they are electric. Over in Cambridge, Harvard is the USA’s oldest and most prestigious university. The campus is open to the public, as is Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), whose central point is an emblematic, Pantheon-like building.

Sport in Boston is also a big thing, with the Celtics and Red Sox among the city’s big name teams.

The largest New England city, Boston has the perfect size for walking and cycling. Logan International Airport is connected by public transport to Boston hotels, motels, apartments and B&Bs.

I am from the NYC and Boston area reminded me of how much I missed living near the big City. I loved the vibe and the different areas (culture) to visit as you're walking around. There were so many places to visit and see that I will return there again to explore more. The food choices, the metro that's easy to get around and the energy of those around you made it so exciting to visit. We took a boat ride around the harbor, took a train ride, but mainly walked to places. We ate at some breakfast spot called the Bitter Sweet on Newbury Street that I really enjoyed and the ice cream we ate.

I grew up here, it’s changed so much, not like it used to be. Especially the North End, it’s not little Italy anymore. Faneuil Hall! What happened to all the vendors? Used to have them all lined up outside. Only a few left inside,

That historical journey you yearn for in Washington, DC is here. Historical preservation blends smoothly with prosperity and growth here. The only catch is the weather; think London, but come prepared and know there’s plenty to do either way.

Boston is one of my favorite cities to visit.

Boston is one of my favorite cities to visit. They have so much history to offer but also great restaurants and pubs with great music. Faneuil Hall is a great place to shop and eat. The north end little Italy section of the city is a fun and delicious place to go. You can do a harbor cruise to see the city from the water and hear it's history. It's also a great sports town, you can tour Fenway Park. The people are so friendly. There is literally something for everyone. Also so many other points of interest nearby. You can visit Cambridge and Harvard or drive to Newport RI and see the mansions or head north for those quaint towns in Maine. I love New England!

We live an hour North of Boston but due to work schedules hard to get there enough. This trip was for the Tall Ships Sail 250 and several were berthed at the marina. Did the Freedom Trail one day when the marina was very busy and of course dinner in North End last night. If you love history, sports and great food, Boston is one of the premier destinations in the US.

We stayed here for 2 nights pre-cruise. It's in a lovely location by the waterfront, only a few mins away in an Uber from the cruise terminal. The area has lots of restaurants and feels safe, the waterfront walk is very nice and we walked around the whole of Boston from the hotel. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and a good hot shower over a bathtub. We also ate in the restaurant one evening, the food was tasty and the service prompt and friendly.

Moni was an absolutely amazing host. One of the best I have ever had. She went out of her way to help us and ensure we were happy with everything. I was here for the World Cup and she even helped me find travel the day before the game out of the kindness of her heart. Great for the World Cup and if you are in Boston in general! What was nice is you are not staying in a hotel but a home, so it has a nice family/warm feel to it. If I ever stay in Boston again, I will stay here 100%

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We love Beacon Hill as a neighbourhood when visiting Boston and we feel this is definitely the best option. We also got engaged very recently and upon notifying staff in advance, they gave us a free room upgrade as well as subtle touches like free prosecco in the room.
