Run-down section of town with many boarded-up shopping centers. Had I known the hotel was in this type of area we likely would have stayed elsewhere. Fine if you never planned to leave the hotel and planned to have all of your meals in the hotel. Not fine if you planned to eat in nearby restaurants or take a walk in the area/neighborhood surrounding the hotel.

Because the hotel did not pay attention to our booking a room was not available for us when we arrived; consequently we were "upgraded" to an "executive" suite. The suite had a broken desk chair and I had to retrieve one from the front desk. Three small pillows on a king bed were provided for the two of us. Fortunately we take our own pillows along. The bed did not have a blanket or a bed spread, only a sheet (Executive???). The front door openers were broken making it difficult to get the baggage in and out. The ice machines were broken. No OJ in the morning because someone forgot to order it. The list goes on but you get the idea. Bottom line - very poor service.

The most was the shower was warm, the t.vs didn't work in the whole building. They said it takes weeks. Dirty rundown. Felt like a Super 8, Brooklyn center needs to shut down and start over change the name, you think your staying at a Marriott when you book there, then you almost just sleep in your Car, or get another 200$ out to stay at the holiday Inn

This location is fine for a basic roof over your head and a lock on the door. It is very minimal accommodations and front desk people that make me question their motives.
Walls are thin and so you hear all the discussions, arguments, bottles rattling, smoke in the halls, and dogs in the building too. I like my pets but don't like having to step sideways for a big dog that is not a service animal.
Handicap and wheelchair accessible are definitely left open to interpretation. Shower was roll-in accessible but missing the sprayer. Very slippery and dangerous so towels were needed in the floor & they didn't want to give me 2 more towels.
It what was available, however, this place needs a good cleaning and some paint. Parking lot needs shoveling and ice removal. Bare minimum met at this location and not very accommodating so no need to go back.

the size of the room was fantastic!
the size of the room was fantastic! it was like a 2 bedroom apartment without the kitchen. the staff was unfriendly and rude, when asked for more towels for my room of 6 guests they told me no! I will never spend my money with them again at this location! was charged a deposit which they told me would be refunded upon checkout, never got it! so I was charged almost double for my room that I supposed to pay! AVOID THIS MOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU WANNA ENJOY YOURSELF!

The room I booked..or I should say the gave me smelled like old mop water...and urine...I ask for another room..or my money back. They gave me another room that didn't smell..but wasn't much better...hallways were dirty..the tile not mopped in the hallway..had to say something to someone to at least mop the damn hallway...This was not worth the money I spent...wont be staying at another one.Not recommending this one either. 2and half stars

We still have not gotten our deposit back. I have spoke with them and am unhappy with delays.our T V did not work, and the water for the shower never really got hot. The hotel is non smoking, but the lobby and elevator smelled so smoking. Not our room.
We stayed at multiple hotels on our vacation. The woman that was there the night we checked in which was June 8, was honestly the sweetest front desk out of all of our hotels!
