Lots of tourist and family friendly places to visit, such as Knott's Berry Farm, but some areas look run down, and there were homeless people here and there. The city could use more facilities for the homeless to stay. The hotel stole my money because the room they gave me was in very bad condition, it smelled of humidity and the floor was all wet. The air conditioner was dripping water. and the manager didn't want to change my room and he canceled and he told me that they weren't going to charge me anything. .and he just told me lies. The charge appeared in my bank account. And the worst thing is that I didn't stay any night in the hotel. They blatantly stole my money, this is the second bad experience with this hotel. The location was great.
The location was great. The staff was rude and condescending. The room was filthy!! From the elevator to inside the rooms was disgusting. The floors so dirty you had to wear shoes at all times. It was sticky. the bathroom was dirty and a hair ball was thrown into one corner of the shower. It was sick! Ill never come here again. Which is sad because we have used this hotel in the past and was a great little hotel. I do not know what has happened but It is BAD!Guest review byDianaUnited States - Review score
