We had a family emergency so didn't stay. We had to head back home to be with family. The receptionist I spoke to was very kind. We still paid for the room, but we just have to except that. I did purchase the insurance but haven't had time to see if it covers. Right now we're dealing with the emergency.

The hotel was all decked out in the Hallows! Details and all. The Staff was warm n friendly. My room was very nice and the jet overlarge bath was awesome rm305 we had dinner and waitstaff was great , Food was very well prepared, and hot. Fast service as well on a Friday night!
