Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud teenagers in the hallway running around all night. No towels At the pool. When we went back to the pool in the morning our key card wouldn’t open it. Burlington is a charming little town with a small city vibe. I have family history there so we spent time seeing areas of family interest as well as interesting sights around town. Also very close to Canada for an easy quick trip to Montreal.

Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's.
Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's. The food was good and service satisfactory. The mall had several known stores. Dorset Street was very noisy with cars and motorcycles during the night. The only redeeming quality of the Anchorage Inn was its proximity to the airport. Would never consider staying there again and am seeking a refund.

The breakfast space was always neat and tidy and it always happened on time. Our room was very spacious and was sectioned off quite well. We were very comfortable in the space provided. For example the sausage paddy’s were likely frozen then cooked in a microwave and were soaking in water, not very appetizing. The location in respect to being close to stores and restaurants was fine but entering and exiting the property was actually difficult/dangerous as you were on a very busy road. Also the hotel could use a lighted sign near the entrance to the property.

Staff at reception were very help. During our stay there was a fire evacuation at about 11 pm. Rather chaotic as to be expected. Maintenance staff did a great job helping guests. Pity hotel didn't post something the next morning thanks guests for their cooperation.
