I enjoyed being able to pick up extra towels and toiletries. My son forgot to take his toothbrush and having some there was extremely convenient! Which allowed us to enjoy our time there and not worry about purchasing one elsewhere

Nice property and very nice lodge.
Nice property and very nice lodge. Very clean and beautiful flowers outside. Near by downtown. The room was very nice because of clean and fire. Good beds and very nice shower. In the evening there was live music in the bar. It was nice sitting insite with the music and singing, but also nice staying in the garden sitting quit in nice corners with a fire pit.

We visit there at least once a year around our anniversary or birthday's. It's a beautiful town and we love the people that live there. We always eat at Sow's Ear and also go wine tasting at near by Paseo Robles. This town never disappoints.

Cumbria is old, sort of worn out, However everything is overpriced. Few hotels offer any type of breakfast other then room coffee machine.
Nice for a day tip. Not worth staying over for high prices of rooms and restraints.

Cambria is a cute town.
Cambria is a cute town. We thought it was just a drive thru street. But the town is larger than what you see. We walked the town and shopped. Several wine tasting shops and antique stores. We were in town for the Cambria Christmas Market, what an adventure. I am so glad we went and recommend to anybody who is in the area at Christmas time. Affordable. Shuttle pickup makes this adventure an easy leisurely stroll. We also went to the 2 cemeteries in town. The town cemetery is old and pleasingly decorated by the families.

It was an amazing place!
It was an amazing place! The environment, the peacefulness, the ocean, the helpful people, delicious breakfast and delicious complimentary wine... Everything was absolutely amazing. The location makes you feel like you're in heaven. Hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Me and my dog will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything.
The property is right by Moonstone beach and every room has a side view of the sea. Rooms are large with comfortable bed Tea and coffee machine, ample parking and a choice of tacos or yogurt and fruit breakfast is delivered to your door. There is a good restaurant a couple of minutes walk from the Inn and another place for wine tasting. 10 minute drive to Hearst Castle.
This was a road trip and surprisingly the Cambria Pined proved to be a positive surprise - a bit off the beaten track, friendly staff, a little eccentric (crusty folk band playing in the bar), comfy beds, generous breakfast, felt more of a family affair vs the standard tourist hotels
6 separate rooms in restored house. Nice and clean. Across from cambria pines lodge. Breakfast brought to your door. Very good and freshly cooked except one of the days had French toast but no butter or syrup 😞. Cinnamon rolls nice and hot and freshly made. 👍
It is across from moonstone beach and there’s a walking trail. Large corner room with a patio. Large frig and a microwave. 2 hot tubs. David (the manager) was helpful in trying to resolve a reservation issue. Restaurant next door. Close to the town of Cambria.
Breakfast was not included but in comparison to the rates of other locations this motel is a bargain there is a great bakery just right up the street a pizza parlor and linns restaurant which has served outstanding meals to our family who lives in Cambria.
We loved the historic nature of the house. While maintaining the history it was filled with modern touches. We’ve stayed many times over at Moon Stone Beach hotels, but this was by far our favorite guest experience in Cambria. We can’t wait to go back.
This hotel was in a great location across from Moonstone Beach. The sounds of the ocean while sleeping was wonderful. The room was actually nicer than it looked online. The decor was fresh and up-to-date.
Convenient to the Castle, the villages, access to Moonstone Beach walk, dining & shopping. Beautiful view of the ocean. Always clean, comfortable beds; appears room decor to have been recently updated.
Hotel is just OK - nothing special - but rooms are nice and clean, and the location is great (just off the main street of downtown Cambria so walking distance to shops/restaurants).
This hotel is really nice - we had fairly large clean rooms, partial ocean view, friendly staff, quite a hearty breakfast, free parking. There is a great fish restaurant next door.
This cute hotel is right across from Moonstone Beach with views to the ocean! The room was very spacious and clean. Very cozy bed with a gas fireplace and balcony. Great spot.
Lovely Place! Moonstone Beach is really beautiful and quiet.
