At Tarpon Point Marina, this apartment-style property features 2 on-site restaurants and views of the Caloosahatchee River as well as the Gulf of Mexico.

I've stayed at Westins before and where never disappointed until now. The accommodations left a great deal to be desired. Carpets were duty and stained, no toiletries, no extra pillows or blankets and best of all, room service. Room service came in a paper bag, incomplete and with no condiments. What happened to Class! Your check-in desk left an uncomfortable feeling: no pleasant greeting or advise on what your hotel was offering that evening in the way of entertainment or pointing out direction of restaurant, pool etc. If they could not speak perhaps a pamphlet would be nice. It sometimes looked like a work area. All cluttered around the desk speaking with each other. A "Good Morning, how can we help", would be nice. Most valuable part of our stay was a tall Mexican valet who was most pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to give directions and most of all smiled. Wish I had caught his name He new customer service.

This was my first experience with a homestay situation. It was perfect for our needs. We needed somewhere close to the Key West Express dock. It was just wanted we needed. Mark was a perfect host and offered recommendations for dinner in Cape Coral, gave us tips about our visit to Key West and gave us names of people who worked on the ferry in case we needed anything. The home was inviting, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

    The location was easy to get around, convenient to markets and restaurants. There were several good golfing options a short drive away. The beach was a fair distance away at just under an hour but very worth the drive.

    I like Cape Coral there are no good beaches but there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There is less traffic than Ft. Myers and Naples. Lots of canals make for interesting views. Plenty of shopping as well.

    getting around Cape Coral is easy & lots of restaurants. The weather has been amazing! we enjoyed Matlacha to kayak & fish. Plenty of golf courses. Make sure to stop at Visitors Center for maps & other materials of local favorites. We bought a Leeway pass to make our trips over the bridges easier.

    I’ve been coming here for close to 15 years.

    I’ve been coming here for close to 15 years. Small town atmosphere but is growing rapidly as is all of Florida. Come mainly to golf but at this time of year tee times can be a problem. Better call early. Plenty of restaurants & Music to choose from.

    The house was great,spa was awesome, pool was to cool to swim in,everything we needed to cook meals with. Very convenient to shopping.carpet in the primary bedroom needed cleaning several stains. But we would stay here again if available.

    Everything was in awesome shape in the home, lots of cooking supplies to cook our meals, spa was awesome , pool was a bit to cool for us. Loved the neighborhood, home well kept up. very easy to get around in Cape Coral, we would absolutely stay here again if available. Thank you for our short getaway.

    The house is located just off Del Prado so its easy to access shops, restaurants and the bridges to Fort Myers etc. The house was very well equipped and all appliances worked well. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, we didn't use the other rooms. The vista from the pool was very relaxing. The whole house and pool area were very clean

    It was a very comfortable stay, comfortable beds, the house was very clean and bright. The host was friendly and the service was great, like in a hotel, coffee, tea, spices in the cupboard, there were even drinks in the fridge. We would love to come back, thank you very much.

    The hotel has changed over the years and it's no longer as good as it was. But the worst is the so called all you can eat breakfast, it's plastic all the way, unfortunately the restaurant "Perkins" that was next door closed it's doors, there they mde a great breakfast.
