We ppreciated the location. I have taken into consideration of the ongoing renovations that caused a need for a room change quickly after gettin into our room. The woman at the desk was totally awesome. Jessica. She had to clean another room for us to move to. The problem with flushing the toilet was not repair with the plunger. Jessica was fast and accomodating.

The Comfort Inn Charlotte hotel is located off Interstate 69, approximately 20 miles from Lansing and the Michigan State Capitol.
