The staff were exceptional. Each and every one of the team from the front desk, to the catering staff were extremely friendly, interested and engaging. The evening buffet (free for guests) offered really good food - nothing hugely fancy but good, tasty meals, breakfast too! Bedroom was a great size and very comfortable bed!

    I liked Charlotte, it was clean, without the smell of...

    I liked Charlotte, it was clean, without the smell of marijuana, there were almost no homeless people and the corresponding stench, so I am very happy with the trip. I recommend NASCAR, Billy Graham Library, Amélie's French Bakery & Café, walking around the center, the amazingly beautiful First Presbyterian Church of Charlotte, museums. I had enough one day to visit a couple of museums and walk around the city center

    Charlotte has some of the most hospitable people.

    Charlotte has some of the most hospitable people. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The skies were blue and trees abound. We went to a nightclub that was clean, organized, a bit pricey ($30 for cover fee) and all of the Ubers were timely and accommodating.

    Whoever planned out the stadium area should be forced to go to a sold out concert with paid parking in the parking garage outside the stadium. I hope they get stuck in concert traffic the next time they are trying to run an errand in down town Charlotte. See the picture below? That was at 6:34. We made it to the garage over an hour later. Concert ended at 1130, we made it to the hotel 14 minutes away at 2.

    Would not stay here again.

    Would not stay here again. Overpriced and not worth worth the almost $650 for one night. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Rooms are decent, not nearly to Hyatt standards. Would not be staying here again.

    I love all the options of things to do, sporting events, live theater, varied eating experiences. I still have trouble getting to the places I need to go, partly because I insist on driving myself. I am older and have not embraced Uber and Lyft. It scares me.

    Excellent airport hotel. The room was big and comfortable. Great kitchenette with everything you need. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Gym was good - free weights, cable machine and a few cardio machines. Free airport shuttle was a bonus. Breakfast looked great.
