Staff professional. Hotel was clean.

The customer service was great, starting with Jill whim I spoke with due to me arriving late, she was very pleasant and professional, she made sure I had a room. The room was clean, great space, but the highlight was the beds, clean, tucked to perfection and great, comfortable mattress, for the rate, I was very pleased! Thanks to all the staff 🙌

All of the above and more. It's odd that hotels with parking garages charge to park, but the front desk staff was very informative and helped us with the process. The staff at the bar were also accommodating and kind. I had to call the day after about a charge and the desk person was also nice and helpful

Always have a wonderful stay here! The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. Ki da hated to go home.

From the moment I walked thru the front door . I was greeted with open arms and smiles The young woman was Christene,she was over the top friendly and very professional.as with every employee .that I encountered.I spent two days here and I was treated with the very upmost respect and friendly professional service that one could ask for. I shared pictures of my home state of Alaska with the employees. I feel so grateful for all their spirit in helping with my stay. Thank you very much for. Very Respectfully Hugh Rosa
