All of the staff members I met were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay really pleasant. Special shout out to Brandy for being particularly kind.

A great place to relax and the hot pools were wonderful. Access to them 24/7 was unexpected and appreciated. We loved how quiet the place was and being able to bring and prepare our own food in the mini kitchen. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.

We were very impressed with how clean and well kept the place was. The mattress was memory foam… pretty good.

The place was spotless, well maintained, and the staff was top notch. Between all the features available and the remarkably chill and friendly fellow guests, my wife and I never felt more relaxed after just 2 days at Mi Kasa. We will certainly be back, and often.

This was a very bad experience. Nobody at the reception until next morning at 8:30am. Not possible to have breakfast before 9:30 we guess as we had to leave before. I don’t recommend this place at all. We expected a nice hotel to spend a good time! The fare was more than 200$ which is not acceptable. No more than 80$ max!

We go to Desert Hot Springs for the mineral water.
We go to Desert Hot Springs for the mineral water. The place we stayed last was great, but there's nothing to write home about in the town. In fact it feels a bit unsafe to go out at night. It's a short drive to Palm Springs however, so it's not a big problem.

Desert Hot Springs is just 20 minutes from Palm Springs and an easy drive to Joshua Tree. Yet, it is a tucked away gem that most travelers miss. The area is fed by mineral waters, and spending a couple of days soaking and swimming makes for a relaxing holiday.

One out of 10 do not recommend do yourself a favor.
One out of 10 do not recommend do yourself a favor. Do not come here. There is trash all over the city. There is no healthy options for food. Only sushi, restaurants, Mexican and fast food. This is what is wrong with America.

Desert Hot Springs itself is not the best area.
Desert Hot Springs itself is not the best area. There was lots of closed shops and litter everywhere. It is an ideal base to explore the wider area of Joshua Tree, Jacinta State Park and the surrounding canyons and El Morocco is a great.place to stay.
There is.a good Chinese restaurant close by and an excellent Mexican place in walking distance.

Desert Hot Springs is economically depressed compared to nearby Palm Springs. We stayed New Year's week, and a couple of the restaurants we had thought we'd try were still closed for the holidays. We selected Desert Hot Springs for the natural thermal water (apparently only one hotel in Palm Springs has genuine from-the earth hot water, but most in Desert Hot Springs do). If that's not important to you, stay in Palm Springs. We did two amazing hikes in the Indian Canyons near Palm Springs.

Desert Hot Springs is fine if you're coming specifically to a resort. The town itself is minimal, has few restaurants, and little entertainment. Close enough to Yucca Valley and Palm Springs for those things though.

I am very pleased to be able to say that this year it was immediately apparent a lot of work had been carried out to bring the hotel back up to it's previous level. Good decoration, nice furniture, and the building in good condition. The pools were as always, really well looked after.
