Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were great and the food in the restaurant was very good. There was a great view from the restaurant. My only complaint was that the charge for the dog for one night was very excessive at 75.00 .

The staff were very accommodating and efficient. They offered fresh cookies at check-in. The cookies were available each day to have. The rooms were spacious and clean. Cozy feeling. The view of the river through a picture window was really nice! The breakfast was good, they had offered a variety of things from savory items to pastries. Also, had yogurt and carton of milk. The dining area was nice with a view of the riverside with Detroit cityscape,

We arrived late and the staff was very friendly. He explained all of the restaurants and entertainment in the hotel as well as the hours. We were on a room on the main floor. The room was very clean and spacious. It was also very quiet for being on the main floor. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

We forgot our documents and cash at the room’s safe and the hotel’s manager kept them locked for 3 days and returned them to us in the most diligent and honest way. We are very grateful and impressed with the staff’s attitude. The property is beautiful and has a great location.

It was close to downtown and easy to walk to where we needed to go.

The property has a recently been refreshed. The hotel (especially bathroom) was spotless, the location was great directly across from the GM renaissance and rooms were very large and well laid out. Best part was every single hotel staff we saw was beyond friendly.

We were able to check in early and the aesthetics were stunning. There was so many thoughtful details throughout the hotel including how amazing their signature scent is in their toiletry products. The location was perfect and the Candy Bar and Ash Bar were great.

We enjoyed the spacious room we got at the Elementary. Customers services was great!

Clean the vibe was amazing staff very hospitable

Breakfast (continental) was included and it was tasty and well presented. My son and girlfriend left their passports in their room. The staff found these and promptly called us. We were able to retrieve them quickly and prevented a difficult loss for us. Great work and I appreciate how prompt and professional everyone was at the Hotel. Will return again!!! Thanks
