Easton is a charming and lovely historical town.
Easton is a charming and lovely historical town. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, great food, coffee shops and a great ice cream shop (Storm and Daughter's Ice Cream). Tidewater Inn is a great place to stay, right in the heart of the lovely town with outside dining. People are friendly. Not much in the way of museums or nightlife. My room was comfortable, clean, and neat.
My room was comfortable, clean, and neat. The location was great for accusing family, Ocean City, and The Harriet Tubman Museum and Underground Railroad driving tour in Cambridge. The location is right on Rt. 50 which made it perfect! There was breakfast but I didn't wake up in time for that because I was sleeping comfortably in the king sized bed in my room! When I return, I hope the pool is open for swimming as it wasn't when I went. The weather was perfect for swimming too!Guest review byEvette - Review score

If you like historical items, plan on visiting the annual Tuckahoe Steam and Gas Engine show every July, it's only a couple of miles away from Easton, MD. BBQ of interest? Skip the "Rude BBQ" and head to "Hot off the coals" instead. Both have equal quality meats, but "the coals" is a lot cheaper, has a better menu selection, better sauces, and the staff smiles!Guest review byBill - Review score

The beds were comfortable and spacious. (but see below about bug bites). The staff were pleasant.
