The shades on the window were inoperable.
The shades on the window were inoperable. They were down and could not be raised. There was what appeared to be a homeless person in the lobby at check in and there was a car on blocks with no wheels in the parking lot when we checked out. An aging facility which does not really have suites (at least what meets our expectation of a suite). AC was noisy and it was either really cold or luke warm as the wall thermostat didn't seem to have much control. Caulk should never be used to try and properly attach shower heads and tub faucets because, as this local proved, it doesn't work. There obviously used to be a TV in the "living area" of the "suite" but it was no where to be found.
