The staff was nice and the location is really easy to commute to Chicago Downtown from there and lots of restaurants near by the hotel too. It was okay overall.

Almost all staff was great. Only one person at the front desk was not helpful when I was waiting for assistance at the food area. Then more people came for food and the woman at the front desk said she had nothing to do with that area. Did not offer assistance.

Excellent hotel. At O'Hare airport and one can walk to teminal buildings via underrground tunnels. One also very conveniently take the monorail to various terminals or the long term parking and car rentals location. Romm was very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent.

It was great to have a secure Business center It would be better if there was a restaurant on site. Microwaving food is for sale but it is not very substantial as a proper meal is. Good shuttle service to the hotel but return shuttle calls at another hotel first so there is little space available and you have to budget for not getting on and waiting for the next one which is difficult when you have a plane to catch.

Location was perfect. Hotel was clean.
We reserved 2 rooms. One with 2 Queens and another King corner room. The room with 2 queens for our adult kids was great but our room wasn’t ready until after 330 and we were told the previous night was busy. That’s not our fault. We were really tired of waiting around. Then they switched our room to a different floor (805) and I’m not sure we received a corner room like we paid for but we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until after 4pm. So we finally checked in and then couldn’t open the room safe. It was locked closed. Not the best value.

Good for the cost. Clean. No breakfast at all but the room had a fridge and microwave and coffee pot. Bed was comfortable. Nice granite shower. Chair at the desk was torn up and tattered. Why? Overall, bc of the price I would stay there again. Just bring your own food for breakfast.

Power went out and wasn’t restored for 6+ hours.
Power went out and wasn’t restored for 6+ hours. Front desk service was awful - had to wait 20 mins for someone to come out. Lost $25 worth of groceries due to power being out. Tv didn’t work. Wasn’t that comfortable. Due to power being out, the AC didn’t work.

I've visited Elmhurst at least 15 times this century, and I've always found it to be clean, safe and pleasant. I've yet to have a bad experience there. For food, Portillos is such a treat!
Location is great! The hotel is clean and inviting. We had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of autumn trees and Crocket Creek. The staff was exceptional. When we arrived, our King room had been mysteriously changed to a room with two double beds. Carla simply said, "Sorry about that" and switched us back to a King room. We had asked for a microwave, which had already been put into the double room. But within minutes, a porter brought a microwave to our room. Great service! Thanks to all!
I chose this hotel for my group of college students who had a competition in downtown Chicago. The drive (30 minutes on a Saturday; 45 minutes on a weekday) was a pain, but that's Chicago. Fortunately, the highway entrance is right near the hotel. The breakfast was a notch above bad hotel breakfast because they had some hot foods like sausage and eggs that were filling, if not great. We really liked the staff person who helped us--Samantha--was really kind and interested in our group.
We were pleasantly impressed with the large size and comfort of the room including the beds.
The room was super clean with nice thick linens and nice bedding.
We asked for a room by the back entrance so my husband didn't have to walk far and they were happy to accommodate us. Lots of bright, outdoor lighting for security was important also, even though the hotel is located in a safe area.
The room size was perfect. Bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Loved that check out was at noon, unlike many other hotels that require you to check out by 11am. Overall great experience for the price. I will definitely be coming back for another stay!
It was one of the cheapest hotels in the area at the time of booking. Staff moved me to better room for second night after I complained about the original room. Staff generally friendly and trying to help.
This was a very good standard hotel that offered good amenities, comfort and cleanliness, at a reasonable rate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Elmhurst area.
It is a really nice hotel, location was better when we got used to it, we could even use our bikes to get to the Elmhurst trainstation and we were in 30-45 min in downtown Chicago.
The staff was nice and the location is really easy to commute to Chicago Downtown from there and lots of restaurants near by the hotel too. It was okay overall.
I didn’t like their service and the internet does not work although throughout my stay at the hotel plus the rooms smile like people smoking around the unit
