The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and in a nice area. The breakfast was good. Loved the fresh fruit, and hot breakfast. The option to use the pool across the street was nice, given their pool was broken.

The wing next to the Interstate and above level 2 was loud around 2:30 AM. Did no sleep due to the noise

Thanks to the help of Kevin Smith we got our reservation issue worked out. I had reserved 4 king rooms for 8 people through booking.com. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2 rooms. It was very confusing because I had also booked 4 rooms for 9 days later, also through booking.com. They did the same with that reservation. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2. We cancelled all 8 rooms and rebooked through the hotel. Kevin helped me talk to booking.com to explain what happened and tell them I should not be penalized for their errors. Booking.com was supposed to email the hotel to confirm this. Kevin gave me his business card and said he would work with me until the issue got resolved.

We were visiting family and the location was ideal.

Some areas of Englewood are nice but most areas look run down and dumpy. This is one reason why I think the cost is too high. I think the rooms are okay but it is hard to comprehend paying the rates when a person feels they are in the projects/ghetto.
Manager was very good and accommodating went out of her way to please, great lady. Most of other staff I encountered were lazy and did not care. Cold coffe in morning at 4:00. The said the would have fresh at 4am. Did not leave enough towels. Breakfast was all sugar stuff nothing healthy. Hotel needed slot of repairs .
A nice budget hotel with comfortable beds, plenty of tv channels, a good breakfast with waffles and cereals. A good location out in the suburbs not around any homeless or crazies. A short walk to Dry Creek light rail station and close to Target and other restaurants. Needs more USB charging ports.
I booked late and hotel did not have res, but after an hour accommodated me at the booking.com rate Equivalent room was gone, but upgraded. Thanks.
Hate to stereotype, but Indian family that forgoes maintenance past the point of acceptability.
The bright spot in our stay was Aisa. She always had a smile regardless of the request. She worked hard to ensure that our breakfast was the best it could be.
The elevator it wasn't working, the hallways smell really bad, the bathroom in our room was dirty the towels were dirty. I will never come back to this hotel.
