It was lovely. Great location with access to great places to eat and groceries. Only 15 minutes away from beaches. The community is clean and safe. All of La Paz is lovely. Kids loved the pool. I went on runs during all times, night and day and the vibes were awesome.

We arrived early not expecting to acquire the room, they immediately handed us the key, which is very uncommon for motels. They were extremely courteous,and the rooms were very nice. Microwave, small fridge, a comfortable bed. Accessable to the major highway, tucked away from busy town. Excellent price I would highly recommend this for travelers that want peace and quite, plus friendly service.

Gym was stacked with the latest of every possible kind of equipment, comparable to a 24-Hour Fitness but more well-maintained! While there weren't free weights, having a Smith machine for bench press was good enough. I was able to hit all the muscle groups in a very detailed manner. The climbing wall was a nice addition. Beats the typical hotel gym that has a treadmill and some dumbbells.

It was a busy intersection with the I-5 freeway, and the hotel was on the slip road coming off the main road, which made it a little difficult to find the hotel. We went to the Barnardo Winery, about a 6 minute drive away. It was an awesome place. There is a tasting room, and a large bar and a restaurant, all in a winery setting. Very romantic and beautiful

There were less homeless and sketchy looking people standing around this time. The city seems to be finding a place for people who need help instead of letting them pass out on the sidewalks like before. I still see encampments in the making or abandon camp debris, mattresses etc. next to highways and along roadways.

I would not recommend staying at this place.

I would not recommend staying at this place. It has a very cheap, outdated, run down feel to it. Even the soap and shampoo are cheap. The bedding was inadequate as the blanket and comforter were so thin that I was cold all night and did not sleep well. My room had a peculiar smell to it and even though the facility is supposed to be non-smoking, people were apparently disregarding the rules because I could smell cigarette smoke everywhere and there were even cigarette butts on the upstairs walkway in front of one of the rooms. My room did not match the photos as it was dark and dingy and had no carpeting. This was a very disappointing experience and the price was way too high given the state of things so the value is not there. There was no mention of continental breakfast nor did I see where it could be so I'm not sure they offer it even though it is advertised.

find a way to keep the homeless from walking thru the parking lot in the middle of the night. they are roaming around checking for unlocked cars a unlocked room doors. who can rest after seeing that happening. Beds are hard..

Escondido has a vibrant downtown area with plenty of shopping and dining choices. One of my favorite places to dine is O'Sullivan's, an Irish pub-style restaurant with traditional Irish fare. Also plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy including hiking, tennis, pickleball, a once-a-week farmer's market, and an art gallery with many events throughout the year as well as monthly poetry readings and open mic. Public transportation is readily available, mostly buses. Also a large regional mall with numerous dining establishments on the property.

Facility was okay but the staff made me and my associates very uncomfortable so after 2 weeks our stay was cut short. We had to relocate to another location. As a businessman and a person of color, I felt very misunderstood and mistreated.

Came woth my family. Didn't expect to much but everything was way better. The rooms were so clean. No leftovers from the previous guest. The pool not to small ,not to big. Chairs by the pool and close to mini mart and small coffee shop. It's in a not so populated area. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels that did not come near. They even called me to confirm my reservation on my way. There's no breakfast but like I said it's next door to a coffee shop

Comfortable room, bedding, and pillows. Nice and quiet made it easier to relax after a day of travel. Room was clean and in order. Staff checking in and out were great! Breakfast was good. An extra bonus is checkout is at Noon, if your travel schedule allows, you can take your time and don't have to feel rushed in the morning trying to vacate the room in time. We would definitely return and suggest this hotel to others.

The place was perfect. Although the institute was quite old, everything was clean and sound. My family stayed in the hotel for the whole day because of the hurricane and heavy rain. But we still enjoyed the pool and slide the other day and that was satisfying. Additionally, I really like the kitchen and the equipments.
