the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast and dinner was good and convenient. The rooftop patio was a nice place to relax. The downtown location was perfect for the concert we attended at PPG Paints Arena. It would be equally perfect for PNC Park or Heinz Field.

This hotel is located on two floors of an old department store building. It has been totally rehabbed so that rooms are modern and spacious. The WiFi and TVs work well. Breakfast is ordered off a menu but you must pay $20-$30.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. One of the front desk agents told us that we could walk to PPG; gave a short cut so the walk was less than 5 minutes. Every staff member were so helpful & friendly. Outstanding service!
