The quietness of the bedroom, I loved the silence in there. The bed and pillows were so good. I loved gym and the living area. The bedroom control with the Ipad.

I was extremely comfortable at the hotel. My only quibble is that for the rates you charge there is no complimentary breakfast. I've stayed at hotels with far lower rates and standards, that have provided complimentary breakfast.

Centrally located along the Chicago River in the famous Loop business district, this hotel features in-room spa services, and a 24-hour gym.

Staying at the L7 hotel was a genuinely great experience. The place is well-maintained and thoughtfully run, and I found many things to appreciate during my stay. The location is excellent - very convenient for getting around, and the staff were consistently kind and attentive. The room was carefully designed with both comfort and function in mind, and I noticed several small, thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. I also found the 24-hour access to the coffee machine helpful. Since I was out walking a lot during the day, being able to grab a coffee in the morning or a cup of tea in the evening was a nice, practical perk. A special thank you to Thomas, who was responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’d be happy to return in the future.

Located in Chicago's prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood, Waldorf Astoria Chicago offers a sophisticated retreat with timeless French-inspired elegance.

I requested champagne and sweets to be delivered upon our arrival as we were celebrating our mother's 90th birthday. They went above and beyond our expectations. My mother loved the surprise! The staff was thoughtful, courteous and always ready to answer any questions we had. Thank you all for making our stay wonderful!

Breakfast was superb. Service was personal with our wait person and ambience perfect. Only a few customers and very quiet. Staff extremely courteous. We loved the chairs on the porch. The new elevator was a fine ride to the seventh floor.

Very friendly staff, elevator was broken but the staff kindly carried my suitcase up. Very nice decor, and a nice vibe at the hotel. Was sorry I only stayed one night and didn't get to experience it much! They also upgraded me to a bigger room on a lower floor because of the issue with the elevator. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a short train ride into central Chicago.
