This is an exceptional property. Barry has exceeded all expectations. Every room is luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is like right out of a magazine, fully equipped with new appliances (fridge, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, wash and dryer), and huge island. The sun comes streaming into the kitchen in the morning and he has even supplied the coffee. He has supplied everything you need in the kitchen. I prepared all our breakfasts and dinners, nothing is missing. The living room, TV, dining room, bathroom, bedrooms, heating and cooling, closets and access doors are top notch. The comfort level of everything is the best there is. He has decorated professionally and beautifully. It is immaculate. The linens and towels are luxurious. Parking is included and convenient. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to downtown. There is a front and a back door. The back door is off the main street, there is parking right at the back, and only 1 flight of stairs to get up with luggage. For convenience we parked in front after we unloaded. I believe the residents who live in the neighborhood like to park right by their own doors and there was plenty of parking out front on Broadway for us.

It was in a good location, not too far or difficult to get to most of the places we wanted to visit in Boston. We traveled via public transit and there are multiple buses only a 6 min walk from this location that could get you to where you needed to be. The hosts are super responsive and very nice! It’s a simple and smaller space, but had everything we needed for our trip.

The main reason I booked this hotel is its proximity to MIT campus. The campus is literally just across the bridge that connects Cambridge and Boston, and this bridge is just a quick 5-minute walk from the hotel. I was surprised to know that it's also located at the end of this nice shopping street that's lined up with dozens of shops and restaurants. The best part is that this street leads to Boston Commons all the way to Quincy Market and the harbor area, and so I really had a good time walking this street both day and night. The hotel's lobby is so modern yet cozy with plenty of seating spaces where you can hang out with friends. The restaurant and bar is also super nice and offers a wonderful buffet breakfast for around 25 USD. The room I'd say was perfectly designed with many lighting options. There's a switch by the door when you're exiting the room that turns off all the lights which I think was very eco friendly. The bed was huge and comfy too. I find the self check in and check out very cool as well. It was my first time to make my own room key card! The shower area in the room is also one of my favorite part about this hotel as they have two shower gels, one for day time and one for night time, and they both smell incredibly soothing! Wifi worked perfectly during my stay.
