Staff was really nice with me. I had a 15-hours jetlag and they give me a room very quiet so I could sleep good during the day. Room was spacious enough and bathroonm very clean. Location is 5 minutes walking to Americana.

My girls and I booked at this location for a small girls trip to celebrate Halloween. We showed up later than our scheduled Check in time, but the Front desk was absolutely understanding and Very welcoming. The room was absolutely adorable. I was in love with the pink furniture and the style of the room. right before you hit the elevators, they have a vending machine from CVS for all medication’s in case you are feeling under the weather and A good selection of snacks and foods up in the lobby for purchase. The girls and I started our day with a relaxing soak Inside of their VERY clean jacuzzi. We did get lost trying to find the Jacuzzi, but the staff was very friendly and showed us the way and how to turn on the Jacuzzi as well. The price was amazing and was totally worth it! If you are planning a little girl trip And you need a nice hotel to stay at, Glendale express hotels is the place where it’s at! they also allowed us a late check out at 12 PM which gave us enough time to wake up After our night out, Shower, get ready and gather things. Amazing staff, amazing hotel, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

First of all, I’m a disabled veteran, so it was very nice to be able to pull up to the front door and exit straight to the room. The staff was excellent, courteous and very helpful. Unlike some other places, they didn’t bother me they were not nosy, very quiet location of course except for in the mornings when people are going to work, you could hear some traffic not much gas station right across the street. It’s just about anything you could want microwave and refrigerator. Lots of storage/closet. Space.  be sure to ask David the owner about weekly rental rates. I would most definitely stay again.

Glendale is an amazing city surrounded by hills.

Glendale is an amazing city surrounded by hills. Our hotel was a mile away from the Americana, which has a variety of stores and restaurants with lovely fountains and lights. It's also close to Griffith Park, which has an observatory and beautiful trails. The Gene Autry Museum is also nearby. Glendale is the perfect destination for urban delights and opportunities to connect with the natural world.

Glendale appears to be a little easier to navigate than many of parts of Los Angeles. There are plenty of restaurants and shops there and it's fairly convenient to other sites and activities in the LA area.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Glendale, CA.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Glendale, CA. The local highlight was we stopped by the nearby Griffith Observatory a couple of times. We were lucky to have nice weather. The views over the surrounding area as you walk up from the free parking area to Griffith Observatory are wonderful. You can see the Hollywood sign from a distance from the top area where the observatory is. On another day, we took a field trip about 45 minutes away to see the redwoods grove in Carbon Canyon Regional Park in Brea, CA. The redwoord grove there is beautiful, 50 years old. This was a bonus to get to see redwoods trees without having to travel up to nothern California. Carbon Canyon Regional Park is a relaxing place to visit. Fun times in California.

Very bad experience, the heater was not working.

Very bad experience, the heater was not working. We were freezing I called the manager at 1 AM and he didn’t sound like he cared.. I would like a refund please for my stay. I asked for a manager to call me so I can explain what happened. No one ever called me.

I am actually local to Glendale and commute in and out of...

I am actually local to Glendale and commute in and out of the city often. My grand mother also used to live in the city for all of my life and I've always loved it. Glendale definitely has a sweet spot in my heart. It is a beautiful city with a lot of live action, incredible food spots, shopping, diverse culture, ect. There is honestly no city in LA County that is "easy to get through" lol just like anywhere else you just have to be patient and avoid all the reckless drivers.

The room was very spacious and clean, it didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel/motel, it felt like home (in terms of cleanliness and comfort). This is coming from a germaphobe / cleanliness freak. We had to stop by other cities for the rest of our trip and we wished there were more motel sakuras at those places.
