The house is beautiful, and the owner is a sweet and welcoming person. The upper room was well furnished with lots of small touches to make your stay more comfortable, like bath robes and a charging strip on the bed side table. The included breakfast was a delicious experience, and I slept extremely well on a very comfortable bed. I was sad my stay was only one night!

The property is beautiful, breakfast was yummy and different everyday and the conversation at the table was interesting and enjoyable. The dogs are friendly and well behaved and an added bonus. Pickett made us feel welcome. The property is well maintained, had plenty of amenities to include car charging, walking trails and is full of history. We really loved waking up in the country atmosphere. So much nicer than your standard hotel.
