On top of it being a construction zone.
On top of it being a construction zone. They do not tell you in the web site. Someone in their staff came in my room and stole 4 pieces of my jewelry. No safe was offered. I loved that the pool was open, the kids loved it too. Personally I wish the hot tub worked, but undergoing renovations throughout the entire property, there were alot of scattered unfinished areas that seemed odd as during our stay we never saw workers actually working these areas. And having to walk through only the front doors due to no other doors opened from the outside with room key. And my room seemed to had prior water damage as I saw staining and prior repair had been made. Our "key" to our room was faulty.
Our "key" to our room was faulty. We needed to get help to get into our room at 10PM. The building was in the process of being remodeled. The pool and spa were unavailable. The carpets were dirty. The "bag breakfast" was processed junk food. We were given a pepperonni Hop Pocket for breakfast! :(Guest review bylynneUnited States
