Hilliard Suites is conveniently located near Interstate 270 and Interstate 70 and features an indoor pool. Ohio State University is 7 miles away from the hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was easy to get to. My only complaint was the night clerk that checked us in. He was not exactly the friendliest. Very short with responses, and just came across as rude.

It was very clean. My daughter had a field trip and stayed here. They were so accommodating, they upgraded our room for free so we could be on the same floor. Best experience with checking in and out. Quick and easy.

Well, this is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property in less than a year. Both times have been awesome. The hard working Staff never stops working to make the guests welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. Definitely, this property is the hidden gem of Dublin, Ohio. Rooms are nice, well maintained, and if you have an issue it is dealt with quickly and professional. 24/7 coffee/tea is fantastic as well.

    The hotel management kicked me out a day before my...

    The hotel management kicked me out a day before my reservation was up. I was enjoying time with my partner, who was very unexpectedly picked up by police for a warrant. The managers, the front desk, housekeeping - no one said anything to me. At about 4pm on the same Saturday, I was told I needed to go to the main office because I was supposed to leave. The first reason/excuse was "The booking isn't in your name" (yes it was, had proof, partner did the check in). The second reason/excuse was "Your name isn't on the booking" (same proof as before). Final excuse...they said that since police were there, they HAD TO kick me out. NOW they are claiming to customer service that I never checked in. Because of all this, I noticed I never received my $100 deposit money back. I'm fixing the police thing, but do they really think anyone would come back after this kind of treatment? I want everyone who comes across this motel to know they aren't secure in their booking if management randomly decides to kick them out....or, at least you can purchase the cancel insurance on the website. Shame, wasn't bad for a cheap staycation motel.

    The neighborhood is very nice, and there are several restaurants nearby. You are about a 15 minute drive from downtown. We enjoyed our stay, and except for the hot water issue, everything was great.

    This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I just can't say enough about it. Great, safe location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was huge with plenty of room. The shades were automatically controlled with almost no outside ambient light when they were down; this really helps with being able to sleep in! Breakfast included hot sandwiches and an abundance of snacks. Free Coffee 24/7. I was incredibly impressed by the value. 4 stars at an economic price. I so look forward to staying at one again!

    The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We only stayed 1 night but would have like to stay longer, but the price was unbelievable. Got a lot for our money though!!
