Hoffman Estates is soul-less.
Hoffman Estates is soul-less. Plenty of strip malls and little else to recommend in this sprawling suburb. Restaurants are mainly in neighbouring suburbs, although I did find a good Thai establishment (Thai Siri). Naturally, a car is essential.

Ideally I would have like a room with a whirlpool in a higher floor. I would have liked to check in earlier and check out later. The shower was awesome the room was missing a microwave since there was no room service that would have helped to have the ability to warm my food since I had to go out in the cold and snow to get food. The location was convenient to the freeway and the hotel itself basically seems brand new. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who was running the breakfast area in the morning was A+++, and treated his job like he was a waiter in a 5-star restaurant!!!! We could all take a lesson from his positive attitude and work ethic!
