Very clean! No issues. Great place to stay because it is close to attractions, however it is private and relaxing .

Place was clean, beautifully set up, outstanding communications from host. We were able to both enjoy downtime near the water and I was able to keep some p3sky work needs moving along with good space and wifi. Location on the water is very nice with many of thr newer restaurants nearby. Downtown not too far of a drive to take advantage of the Hot Springs charm.

My husband and I enjoyed being on the water. Paddleboat was convenient. This property is located convenient to downtown, our nature outings, and the grocery or restaurants. It was very clean, well supplied, quiet. We recommend you book it as it is a great value!
