Breakfast was excellent. The extreme cleanliness was impressive and the staff far exceeded our expectations. We needed some unexpected assistance and the receptionist went above and beyond anything we might have expected. An excellent experience all around.

Perfect location. Good breakfast. Our server Silva was the best! She totally exceeded our expectations! Always had a smile and even arranged our table with the items we’ve ordered the day before. Valet has also a great service there!

I give this hotel a 10/10. The room was spotless very clean. I travelled with my meals as I have a very strict diet. The staff went out of their way to bring a microwave to my room so I could heat up my meals. The microwave was in my room before I finished checking in. They staff was so pleasant always making sure and asking if everything was ok and if I needed anything. It doesn’t get better than this. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay.

We were checked in at around 8:15 pm by Rosario. She was excellent, she could tell we were tired arriving from London, gave us a voucher to partly pay for our breakfast and after the fact found my Marriott number. She is an excellent employee and a great person to greet people. In the morning the women at the front desk were also exceptional, as we wanted to send a package to my wife’s daughter. Again the staff most excellent. Then at breakfast the chef and wait staff were tremendous, fast efficient, fun to chat with. You have done great training on the staff currently working there.

We love everything on the hotel. The room was beautiful and so clean we had a great time staying.
