IndiaThe staff was warm and welcoming up on arrival. The king size bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the room were exceptional even down to the small details such a make up removal wipes, full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The mini Mart store had a nice variety of drinks and snacks and even medications, tweezers and hair brushes. The area has a lot of food options plus a Kroger's and Walmart near by.

The Crossroads of the USA
Indianapolis is known as the Crossroads of America and it certainly provides a cross-section of US life. Practically every music genre and cuisine are covered, as are all the classic American sports.
The city has earned international famed through the Indianapolis 500, the highlight of the IndyCar racing season held at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The track also hosts the NASCAR Brickyard 400, while the Indiana capital’s NFL team wow the crowds at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The city also has a rich cultural offering with museums covering everything from the Civil War to contemporary art. At the world’s largest Children’s Museum dinosaurs can be seen trying to make their escape. Perhaps they’re heading for the White River, whose peaceful banks are lined with several parks and Indianapolis Zoo, opposite the restaurants and entertainment venues of the vibrant Downtown.
The Central Canal overlooks the skyscrapers which now eclipse The Soldiers and Sailors Monument, once the tallest building. To the north is the Indiana War Memorial, while west is the State Capitol, a block from the Indianapolis Convention Center. Across the street is Circle Center Mall, just one Indy shopping option.

I'm from Crown Point, IN and I meet my friend of 30 years from Cincinnati every other year in Indianapolis. We usually stay downtown and enjoy the shopping and dining there. However, hotels and parking have become ridiculously expensive downtown, so we decided to stay where we consider the best shopping to be this time. We experienced wonderful hotel accommodations, shopping and restaurants! The Fashion Mall is amazing! At Springhill suites, our stay included a very nice breakfast and free parking. I'm not thrilled to have to pay $40 a night to park at the hotels in the downtown area, so I won't be doing that anymore.

Friendly town, LGBTQ friendly also - there was a Tornado warning one day, and a torrential downpour and heard some people's basements were flooded. But I was there for GenCon. And I guess because of that it was also one of the most expensive accommodation situations I've ever experienced.

I had the valet driver rob my truck for all my tools.
I had the valet driver rob my truck for all my tools. This was at the Sheraton hotel in indianapolis. They are all a bunch of thieves. This was done after I requested a secure location to park my truck. I also had to pay $57 to get robbed by these people. Nothing was done about it either even after I showed the police that the only way they could have opened the truck was with the key fob that thbey had in their position.

Love the city! So much to do. Easy to navigate around. The Greenwood mall south of the city is close and great shopping. The Castleton mall north of city is also great to shop at too. The Zoo is also amazing! Harry and Izzy’s is a must to eat at! They have the best lunch you can get for the price! The Parlay- 2 Prime Rib Sliders or 2 chicken sliders or mix and match( the prime rib ones are the best melt in your mouth), fries, salad or soup and 2 pieces of their amazing best in town Shrimo cocktail. And also got to try their seasonal Crème Brûlée!!! A MUST! They are located in downtown Indy on the corner near the parking garage on Georgia st. Absolutely my fav restaurant in town. The Homewood Suites 100% best hotel downtown to stay at. The Breakfast is buffet style and totally worth it. The best hotel breakfast around! The second best hotel is the Omni!!! Great hotel too.

I used to live here. Back visiting friends and family.
While living here I visited most of the sites and attended many sporting events. I don't recall any disappointment.

Beautiful city! Lots to see within walking distance. Loved the veterans memorial statue, highly recommend the Fountain Room for steaks. Had a blast on the scooters. This unit was directly on the Indy 500 Parade route which was lots of fun!

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and well-located near downtown, plenty of space and nice amenities made our stay very enjoyable, there was some noise due to street repairs, but we were still able to rest without any issues thanks to the earplugs provided and the white noise machine, highly recommended.

of clothing I was expected to be home late Saturday
Night. I simply needed a place to sleep till morning
when I could find a garage to repair my car.
