Entrance and lobby was nicely decorated for the Christmas season, festive and classy. Pot of coffee and cookies throughout the evening was a treat. Good hot food for breakfast, above and beyond the regular “included” breakfast offered elsewhere. The specialty coffee machine with espresso, cappuccino, and latte options was a delicious surprise for this coffee lover!

Clean room comfortable bed spacious .Breakfast was reasonable. Staff was welcoming understanding and overall kind. We do appreciate the upgrade due to the room i ordered was no longer available. Will return at a later date.

My stay at the Baymont was awesome. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. He made me feel welcome and very comfortable. The property and the rooms smell fresh and new and are very clean. The towels are big and fluffy and the pillows are great. I will be staying here again very soon.

I would not recommend getting after midnight, you will have...

I would not recommend getting after midnight, you will have to wait until 4am, the staff is not very friendly. If you ask for nonsmoking room, you still get a smoking room. Smoking odors were very strong. The free breakfast is a joke, we couldn’t even get hot water. Only thing good about this place was the location.

Staff was great.

Staff was great. They have no pool/hot tub even though it is advertised they do. They also no longer serve breakfast even though that is also advertised. Decent price but still not worth it to stay there again.

Travelled from the UK for a funeral so wasn't the greatest circumstances but the staff were very friendly and polite, the breakfast was lovely and the location was great. Felt safe and was in between the airport and where we needed to get to in Kent. Free water whenever required and free refills of tea/coffee throughout the day. It also had a little shop to buy any emergency items.
