It was clean, pleasant, courteous staff, smiles on all staff members, no arguing, everyone so helpful. Beds comfortable. There was an older couple from India that worked in housekeeping that are a benefit to your company and need to be recognized in some way by you they were amazing

Everything is clean, the guy at night is so kind and nice, I love his service , He Explained all services with details, good breakfast

The location was perfect! We went to see a UT football game and the hotel is about a mile from the stadium. It’s in the middle of downtown so there was plenty to do and see around.

Very clean and spacious room, great shower, very happy with it. location is unbeatable. Also, the bar is exceptionally good value.

There was a gentleman helping g at breakfast. Im sad I did not get his name. He was fantastic. The rest of the team was great too.

The room was well located in downtown and close to most places that were worth visiting. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room and facilities were clean. The breakfast which was included was head and shoulders above most hotel breakfasts.
