The room was also very spacious, and everything had been thought of — an oven, plates, cutlery, a coffee machine, and more. The room was extremely clean. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful Vegas experience.

United StatesFrom the time we initially pulled up to the valet, everything was uphill from there. The valet attendants were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

Las Vegas has gone completely greedy with regard to charges for almost everything. Vegas used to offer several free services and decent pricing however, now you are charged for everything from parking to simple requests. Also, the prices for things like adult drinks is ridiculously priced. You can expect to pay anywhere between $20 to $50 dollars for a single drink at most resort/casinos. As bad as going to a Disney park :(

The hotel palms stole my 200$ deposit and they need to give it back when I asked for a manager 3 hotel employees couldn’t even provide me a manager took matters into there own hands had security involved for a guest to employee dispute and I think they should be fired this hotel should be sued and or shut down they have homeless with crack pipes clearly on drugs that attack there guest on there property and security dosent do anything about them but harassses there own guest when yelled at twice in lobby to respond to a situation the lifeguards on duty are lazy and unhappy your security only responds to situations when paying attention and not being lazy I rather jump off there balcony then stay at palms place ever again
