Everything was great: 1. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Enough room for luggage. Beds were comfortable as well. 2. Bathroom is very large and easy to use. Shower is flat and accessible. Large bottles for shower, shampoo and conditioner are present. They also have body lotion. 3. Breakfast is really great. Food was very tasty and rich in flavor. Kids especially liked that they can make their own wafers. I loved eggs - omlets were very tasty and fluffy. 4. Pool is really lovely and pleasant. There is lot of comfortable deckchairs with tables, so you can really relax. They even have a grill for guests to use. 5. The staff at breakfast were really nice, funny and kind.

I been to Vegas alot and I mean alot.

I been to Vegas alot and I mean alot. This time I came was for the half marathon event. It was epic because it was my first major half marathon. The hotel we're staying at was close to the event and we had a rental car, so it made traveling with family better than getting a Uber or Lyft. Only issue I had was with the parking because I had to keep calling desk to let me in and out of the gate

Vegas is all about getting you into the casinos and spending...

Vegas is all about getting you into the casinos and spending money, let's be real. It's designed that way for a reason. It's about letting you dream about hitting it big with all the sounds and flashing lights, but you just have to remember the house usually wins most of the time. So if you can control your impulses, it provides some good entertainment. The shows are not what they used to be. I saw some celebrities listed that I didn't even know were still performing. Its a lot more expensive for food now. The buffets are around 32 to 38 dollars and only a few are really good. The Excalibur was not one of them. Uber and lyft are relatively inexpensive getting to and from the airport. Other than that, vegas is still a money trap if you are not careful. Just remember to stay within your budget and you should be fine.

I used this hotel as I needed to remain in town an extra night after a sales conference and the cost of the MGM hotel I was originally in was too high. Whilst Ellis Island was cheaper I felt it was a well managed hotel with good facilities, helpful staff and was importantly clean. Making it great value for money in my opinion. Also, even though I'm not a gambler I did look around the casino they run and found the size and older feel much more appealing than the mega casino's on the strip.

This hotel is located on the Strip (at the southern end)! Honestly I visited many lobbies while in Vegas and this one is one of the coolest; it does feel like New York. The room offers a pleasant view (32nd floor—view of the roller coaster, Excalibur, MGM, etc.) and is very clean and comfortable. We slept very well in this huge bed. I do recommend this hotel if you're staying in Las Vegas :)
