We loved the location. Close to everything but free parking and just out of the busy downtown city. Rooms and vibe of the hotel overall was comfortable clean and fancy. Lots of value for the price!

Breakfast was phenomenal, beds were comfortable and location was perfect, but most importantly the staff treated us like royalty I’ve never felt so welcomed at a hotel, I can’t remember the ladies name off hand, but her and Josh were wonderful!

Location is good, safe, convenient

Most all was excellent but cleanliness in bathroom and the comforter.

Beautiful property and beautiful building. Good food places 5-10 minutes away (listed in a helpful guest book) we went to the Aster Café which was a quick walk and Pizza Lucé which was a quick drive downtown. The staff were nice and there was complimentary coffee each morning. Quiet, not many other guests that we saw while staying there. They were very accommodating with the additional requests prior to our stay and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room had a physical key rather than a card like most modern hotels and I loved it. However, that means there's only one key.

It was such a beautiful old building and the rooms were so spacious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

This Hotel is perfect. The location virtually within the University of Minnesota, my room, facilities, the staff and services are par excellent. You just can’t fault anything here. Perfect and perfect.

Easy going, lovely staff and the rooms were great for the price. Close to the grocery store. My room was cleaned well and so was the hotel. It does not stink which you may find in others, and it has a nice design. Is definitely my go to hotel if I am ever in Minneapolis again.

The hotel helped me a lot, unlike booking.com. Booking.com took my money but the payment had not gone through on the hotels end. Despite sending multiple emails, I had to make a new reservation. The employees working the night of Dec 5th went above and beyond for me while being extremely patient.

The property was clean. The pool was open for long hours. There was a hot tub that worked.

Everything was clean and comfy
