We loved the location. Close to everything but free parking and just out of the busy downtown city. Rooms and vibe of the hotel overall was comfortable clean and fancy. Lots of value for the price!

Nice room with employees that serve the hotel

It was a great staff. Good room. Great view.

Location is close to everything I wanted to see.

i love the hotel very nice place

Location is good, safe, convenient

Most all was excellent but cleanliness in bathroom and the comforter.

Super historic, clean, safe, excellent access to restaurants/bars/coffee shops, there are many positive qualities!

Excellent interiors, high quality finishes, comfortable bed, shower, made my stay easy and enjoyable.

The hotel was well maintained, nicely updated and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff were nice, especially a guy with glasses and light hair. He was very helpful and considerate, taking care of issuing the invoices for me and my roommate as we requested. The hotel was very clean. The location was perfect for us; it was close to the river and gold medal park (it was so beautiful in the fall). Also, it is near the stadium and the metro. In our stay, we were targeting the convention center, we used the public buses, and sometimes we used Lyft if we were in a hurry. Also, it is a walkable distance around 30 min.

Room was very spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent; all the hallmarks of a good hotel! The staff was extremely kind and attentive and kind, they were able to accommodate an early check in and even dropped my letters in the mail. Thanks so much.

Best Staff and most comfortable bed

The place was well organized. The room was clean, with all the facilities for a solo traveller but also for families its highly recommended. The bathroom was inside the room and had also a bathtub. Staff was great and welcoming. The place was easily accessible and it was very near the downtown by metro Green Line and the Blue Line.

What a beautiful hotel. Close to campus. The room was huge and quiet. The shuttle van took us to a campus volleyball game which was a great service!! The hotel bar had great food and cocktails.

Well designed. Comfortable. Clean.

It was clean, had a kitchenette, good atmosphere and staff

Super clean, excellent customer service, amazing breakfast.

The hotel helped me a lot, unlike booking.com. Booking.com took my money but the payment had not gone through on the hotels end. Despite sending multiple emails, I had to make a new reservation. The employees working the night of Dec 5th went above and beyond for me while being extremely patient.

The property was clean. The pool was open for long hours. There was a hot tub that worked.

Enjoyed the experience. The staff were very personable and helpful. Perfect location.
