The staff was great and helpful. The area seemed really safe and plenty of shopping stores nearby.

The shower was hands down the best I’ve experienced in a hotel—perfect water pressure and super relaxing.

Our stay was planned prior to our cruise which was located 10 minutes drive from the terminal. I loved the seperated room since we traveled with kids. The beach is on walking distance. We appriacted the coffee/chocolate machine which we did not expected.

This location didn’t offer breakfast. They offered coffee and tea. The entrance, lobby and pool area are welcoming

The staff was very attentive, they provided excellent service, for example my mom is elderly and she had hard time with the bed height, I called the front desk and they helped accommodate with a small ladder as a step stool and that was great for her. Everything was excellent!!

Joanne at check-in was really helpful in getting us out jey, luggage and late check-out sorted. Great location for the harbour.

Nice area and the hotel was really nice! Room was a pretty decent size as well.

The location is great! It's right up by the water across from the Pike and there's a walkway you can take to the Queen Mary area. The staff is really friendly and accommodating and this was the first time I ever saw a hotel's continental breakfast have soy milk!!! Even a lactose intolerant like me could enjoy a cereal. There's a gym and a pool which were both really nice. The beds were really soft and comfortable. The 5-guest suites are particularly comfortable, almost like a small apartment. Definitely would stay here again!

I love the location, the convenience to park, and the bed! Considering this when I return to Long Beach.

was extremely comfortable and perfect for a weekend trip . right next to my old favorite donut shop and the metro station , would highly recommend !

booked this property for apocalypse, was a 30 min walk to the shuttles or a $10 uber ride, was perfect and cheap for what i needed! the ac worked really well and the tv had a decent amount of channel options

Downtown location was great, fun view of the trams for the kids. The room was better than imagined, the design and comfort were top! They were remodeling the steam room, but the pool was great and the workout room was small, but had the basics needed on vacation.

Close to Convention Center and the Pike. Parking was easy
