    The Ohio State Reformatory was our destination and it didn't disappoint. So much history. Our tour guide was outstanding. He told great stories and answered every question with ease. We ate dinner at Fast Eddie's and it was fantastic. Huge portions and delicious food.

    Liked-it was close to restaurant's. And what we were in town for. Bad- burns in the sheets and blankets. And we booked a king and got a queen. And still paid the king price. The bed was not comfortable

    Our room in this motel was dirty, with towels laying everywhere & linens laying all over the bed. It was nasty. The hallway was extremely malodorous. We requested a refund of our money but were refused. We then requested a cancelation & were refused. We dropped our keys on the desk and walked out extremely unsatisfied. We had to sleep in our car. It was uncomfortable but it was clean. This motel needs to be leveled.

    I go to Mansfield once a year for business.

    I go to Mansfield once a year for business. I really am not able to get out and visit. I do frequent the restaurants in the area and they are just fine. Cracker Barrele, El Charritos, Bob Evans were all good.

    Prior to coming to Mansfield, I had a negative look on the town. As a p.o.c I was scared to visit or be out at certain times, but several residents informed me that there was nothing to be afraid of and the citizens were all very nice. There are certain areas that are more populated than others with people and stores. I didn't have an opportunity to see the entire town, so I do not know what there is to do in terms of entertainment in the actual town but it is close to several towns with attractions. Getting around is easy IF you have a car. There seems to be no public transportation and Lyft & Uber is pretty non-existent in the town.

    Was looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay for the first time visiting for the Honda 200 and Mansfield was less than 15 minutes from the track. Booked a room and was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Room was clean and had everything I needed. For a drive up hotel, I couldn't have asked for more. The small snack shop connected was also a nice feature to grab a few sodas and snacks. A short walk towards the square and stop in at Uncle John's for a cocktail and food.

    We stayed at quite a few different low cost motels and hotels in the past 3 weeks. This one was the best of all of them. We had a comfortable restful night in this clean hotel. 6 restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We will be back again.

    Very nicely renovated room. Spacious with plenty of counter space for prepping food and in the bathroom. The rest of the hotel is undergoing or awaiting renovations.
