The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious. Homemade waffles and assortment of fruits, yogurts, cereal, juices. All of the staff were kind and courteous which was wonderful as we had drove in from out of state for a funeral.

Disappointing.
Disappointing. No maid service until last day and then only towel swap. Toilet ran nonstop. Reported it twice and got no response. Had the fire department checking rooms for carbon monoxide leak and no follow up by management. The only plus was lots of services within Walking distance. Very sad that they get to get away with treating people like this.
