Had an absolutely amazing stay at the Alea Hotel Downtown Miami, everything was perfect! The support desk, managed by George, was always available, super responsive, and genuinely happy to help. The studio is incredibly well equipped, with everything you could possibly need: a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a balcony, and a large closet. On top of that, the hotel offers access to a beautiful pool, a lounge area, and a fantastic gym. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated between Brickell and Midtown and just minutes from Miami Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is excellent, next to Trolley and Metro of Miami. 5 min walk to Publix - a large supermarket, 7 eleven market. Trolley is a free transportation who gives you a ride to Biscayne Boulevard where you have the connections to a lot of places in Miami and the start of Big Bus tour.

I really liked the way I was treated by staff. We got off the plane at 7am and got inn the room at 8:30am already. You could never see something like that anywhere in Europe! The man on the reception desk ( I believe the name was Carlos) was so proffesional and welcoming.

My stay was for about 6 hrs. Flight was cancelled so needed accommodation quickly. I was at the hotel 9pm left at 3.30am in the morning

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast! The views were great and the location (while downtown) was very nice. The valet (Elmer) was courteous and very helpful. Location is perfect for getting to the port of Miami for a cruise.

Perfectly located between downtown and Brickell!

Loved our stay at Courtyard. Our room was beautiful and nicely decorated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our shower. The staff at the front desk was very nice and accomodating.
