This hotel is at a great location walking distance from the beach ⛱️ and close to all the restaurants the rooms are always nice clean our room had a fireplace highly recommend this place if your looking for a inexpensive rooms this is definitely it

We were passing through, stayed for one night and were satisfied. And I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. The maids are wonderful. The hotel is also nice, and what a beautiful location.

The staff was nice and the room was clean and modern. The wifi was fast, so I could work from the room. I took Amtrak to SB, and the hotel is literally across the street, about a 2 minute walk. Would stay here again.

The location on the main drag, the design of the room, the Dusk bar that was so cool and lively on Halloween night. Try Dawn for coffee.

Light small menu but well presented

It was a very charming property and really beautifully landscaped Shout outs to the Nolan the valet - who really made the stay so pleasant, as well as Eric at the front desk , the housekeeping, wait staff at the restaurant.

Super new/renovated. Just a few feet from the beach

The bed was super comfy - I slept so well. And it was quiet. If people could have been encouraged to take their shoes off and not walk around a lot and heels at the upstairs rooms, that could have been appreciated, but it was otherwise really quiet.

I enjoyed the location and how everything was within walking distance. The staff was amazing, and the bartender made the best drinks I had that day. The room was perfect and the type of room i look for when i am looking to book a room. Best part was check out being at noon.

Absolutely sweet and stylish boutique hotel. Focus on detail in design. Neighborhood walkable, in particular State Street.
