Location. Room’s flooring (its not carpeted, my baby can crawl on the floor).

The personal very professional

Breakfast was not available. The location is fantastic and in a very safe neighborhood. Check-in was easy. Beds really comfortable and they easily accommodated our family of 6 in 2 adjacent rooms. I left my cable and charger behind and when I called they said they put it in lost and found with my name on it. So very organized. I would like to comment on the cleanliness of the bathrooms. These are likely mid century era fittings but everything was spotless and obviously thoroughly cleaned over the years because nothing looked tired and worn out. It was very clean and well looked after. Overall, a really lovely place to stay longer.

Location was perfect. Great amenities

Proximity to train station, ambiance walkablity to pier and restaurants

The location on the main drag, the design of the room, the Dusk bar that was so cool and lively on Halloween night. Try Dawn for coffee.

Very clean great customer service The room, service and personnel were excellent

Everything was perfect. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The place itself is knock out gorgeous. The dining experience was amazing. The views are unbelievable. Our room was the best, so beautiful, and beyond our expectations. Can't wait to come back!!

Beatiful and clean hotel at an excellent location!! The staff was very pleasant!

Very big rooms, confy beds, good location!

The Hotel is located in an excellent location near many fantastic restaurants and coffee shops and also just a shot walk to the beach

Everything about this property was perfect

The bed was super comfy - I slept so well. And it was quiet. If people could have been encouraged to take their shoes off and not walk around a lot and heels at the upstairs rooms, that could have been appreciated, but it was otherwise really quiet.

We felt very good. Bed was very comfortable, Minibar full, seating in yard very nice. Clean and romantic.

Great location, our room was fully remodeled, located in the north building. Spacious room, very comfortable

I enjoyed the location and how everything was within walking distance. The staff was amazing, and the bartender made the best drinks I had that day. The room was perfect and the type of room i look for when i am looking to book a room. Best part was check out being at noon.

Very cozy. Close to beach and shopping.

Absolutely sweet and stylish boutique hotel. Focus on detail in design. Neighborhood walkable, in particular State Street.
