The gentleman that we dealt with was named Don. He was such a nice man. He called us in the morning to see when we would be checking in to make sure the room would be ready if we needed to come early. When we got there he was so friendly and they even gave us both a rum punch to start our vacation off right. This was a staycation for us as we don't live far away. Growing up nearby and going to New Smyrna Beach since I was a child I've always wanted to stay at the seahorse Inn. This is the first time I have and I'm glad that we did! Best decision ever!!!

It was quirky and had character. The staff were also very nice and it was very clean, the shower had a ton of pressure and the water can be very hot, maybe too hot, but it was nice. The pool is cute and the area was also clean.

I enjoyed the uniqueness of human contact, the property provides texts and emails with door codes and key pad codes so you can arrive on your own time and not feel rushed to make it before a lobby closes. Pool also has a set of grills to cook out and enjoy lunch/dinner by the pool. Also with everyone needing codes and key pad entires you have no worries of random people from the street or beach wondering around the property.

Excellent 14-room small inn in a renovated and thoughtfully expanded 1940s home—family owners who know their hospitality. Felt like Northern California at New Smyrna Beach. We walked to a restaurant in the evening, had good breakfast choices, The room was in keeping with a boutique hotel.

This was a great value for the property. Very clean and well cared for. Pictures don’t do it justice. Community was quiet and accommodating. Easy access to beach and near everything we needed.
