The server at breakfast was A M A Z I N G…so helpful, kind and energetic. She put a smile on our faces each morning.
We also had great service by the bartender in the evenings.

Had an over abundance amount of restaurants and there is a mall less than 2 mi away... Also University of Delaware football stadium just minutes away... Best part was a Dunkin' Donuts just as you leave the hotel parking lot... It's actually walkable on a nice day from the hotel... But also in the rain if you like Dunkin' Donuts as much as we do...

I was a Delawarean for most of my life and was very familiar with the area. The Ramada was once looked upon as the class of Newark. Newark has changed considerably since I left in 2011. It still contains all the shops anyone could need and the surrounding nearby area has a really nice mall (Christiana). The hospital is always near anywhere you travel to.

Unhappy with fact that the two queens reserved and paid for in advance was given away and tried to put daughter on a balcony. Finally gave us a king with a pull out. Room smelled, no additional rolls of toilet papar and the linens for pull out were dirtly.

Unfortunate experience.
Unfortunate experience. I was really willing to give this lesser known hotel brand a try. Nevertheless, I left to never return again to another Sonesta Suites and ended up staying with a well known brand hotel for a higher price and piece of mind.

Worst ever!
Worst ever! Property falling down, drug addicts nodding off outside their rooms, women fighting and swearing outside my room, homeless people squatting there, you name it. IF I wasn't exhausted from driving I would have asked for a refund and gone anywhere else. Asked receptionist if rooms smelled better than the stale lobby, and he said "I dont know--Im not housekeeping."

It is close to bus transportation and not far from Christiana Mall. It is a nice city and you can get to the downtown by bus pretty easily.
I called in some food from the menu in the hotel room. I liked it where I was. It was a very nice room with two beds and a desk and a working telephone which was most important to me.
The desk clerk was polite and inviting to be the first person you saw upon entering the premises. The room was cozy and clean with a small couch and desk. The area where the hotel was located was close to I-95 but you can't hear any of the traffic. The hotel was less than two miles from Christiana Mall, walking distance to a 7-11. I would stay there again!
We stayed there for 2 nights. We just wanted to be close to the Christiana Mall which is almost 5 minute drive. For this purpose was ok. People are very friendly. The rooms are ok, they are outdated. The hotel is old but for the purpose was ok. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Kevin gave a positive vibe to the place.
This place is a horror movie’ there is prostitution addiction, fighting. First night two females on two separate occasions tan from their rooms blood curling screaming. A fight took place for over 40 minutes outside my door the managers said they don’t get involved it was my job to call the police .dangerous and traumatizing
The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast, there was a nice variety. The location worked well for us, we were touring University of Delaware which was 10 minutes away. We also visited Christiana Mall & the casino which were both approx 10 minute drive, as well.
Beds were very comfortable. Location was good as we were traveling south and only stayed 1 night. No breakfast. Pool was cemented overr and grounds were unkempt. Room was clean.
The staff was amazing. The bartenders were the best.
Right now staying at a Hyatt property in Nashville and so disappointed. I miss the friendly staff from Delaware.
Great breakfast! Very well kept food service area, and super friendly staff. Food was delicious. Clean, comfortable room. Key on Hilton app is a nice convenience.
Staff were very friendly, the room and hotel grounds were clean. Breakfast had what I needed to get going and was good quality food. I would stay again.
