The hotel was close to the airport so it was convenient for our late check in. Staff was very friendly and hotel good value! Slept well!

had the pleasure of being assisted by Vanessa during my stay at Kissel Hotel and she made my experience exceptional. I had to move in and out a few times, and she was incredibly flexible, going above and beyond to arrange everything for mr and accommodate my needs, and I really appreciated her efforts. Vanessa was not only professional but also personable and funny, making me feel welcome and valued. It’s clear she truly knows how to treat customers. Thanks to her, my stay was so much smoother and enjoyable. I’ll definitely stay here again should I come to Oakland , and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her outstanding service.

Convenient in downtown location and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It also wasn’t too far from Berkeley. I also liked that it had a good sized pool.

Super clean rooms and free parking and coffee. Next door to shopping and easy to get to SF. Felt safe and loved the view of the city.

Centrally located in the Bay! Got family on SF, Oakland and Berkeley.

The hotel's proximity to a market, also it is incredible convenience for accessing a variety of food options.

Great view of the marina. Staff helped getting us a ground floor unit. Every on was nice and helpful. Great location. Nice walking trails with view of San Francisco

The staff member (I didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and thoughtful in making sure I knew how to access the room/hotel. The hotel room itself is one of the best I’ve ever had! Very spacious, would easily fit a family, though it was just me. The bed was so so so comfortable I can’t express that enough. Haven’t slept this well in too long. Also, I just found it well decorated and clean. I’ve definitely found my place to stay in the bay!

Location was perfect for me. I was in town for a marathon and it was a 10 minute walk to the start line. Also, since it was a Sunday, there was a large flea market directly across the street from the lodge.

They had smoking rooms which was cool. Yiu could tell the hotel was older though my room actually used to be a one bes room apartment it had a bed in living room and bed in bed room... Its defintaly not the hilton but if you are lookkng for some where you can just go have a night out and not worry about nothing thats a pretty chill spot.... they also have no deposit and accept cash

Spotless facility with high standards of cleanliness, exceptional breakfast with generous refills! The kitchen staff are adorable and very helpful. The front desk are professional. Overall, our stay was exceptional and we will definitely stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oakland Airport.
