Our view couldn't have been any better! The place was super clean, with no smells! Also the pool area was nice and clean, the indoor pool and hot tub were both enjoyable in the cold weather. Place is located right where you want to be when visiting OC.My family of 5 from 2yrs to 18yrs old had an amazing stay. Thank you guys!

I went down for Ocean Calling concert and had a decent time except for 20something year olds urinating on beach area where concert stages were located and people not cleaning up after themselves with food and alcohol containers

We unfortunately were there during a horrible storm however, the shops, music venues and restaurants saved the long weekend. Some of the best food I've had in a long time. Everywhere we went, staff were charming, friendly and inviting. Looking forward to returning soon, hopefully with better weather.

In spite of the storm that came through and oceans calling...
In spite of the storm that came through and oceans calling was canceled because of it ,there was still plenty to do ,shops and restaurants were still open, the boardwalk was still accessible. Ocean City is beautiful no matter what type of weather is going on.

OCMD is a favorite destination for my family.
OCMD is a favorite destination for my family. We enjoy the lively boardwalk, friendly restaurants, and beautiful beach. The amusement pier offers all kinds of fun. Our favorite restaurants include Dough Roller, Shenanigans, Brass Balls Saloon, and Hooters. We rented a beautiful apartment in Belmont Tower that was big enough for all of us to be together when we wanted to, but the location enabled everyone to go off and find their own adventures as well. During our week there, jellyfish made it impossible to go into the ocean, but it was still great to stroll along the beach and enjoy the fresh air. We took advantage of the beach's free availability of a wheelchair with balloon tires so that we could take a disabled family member right down to the water's edge. Throughout our stay, we found wheelchair accessibility to be above average everywhere we went, and staff made sure we were comfortable.

We've been coming down to OCMD since 1976.
We've been coming down to OCMD since 1976. Love it down here, wish I could move to Ocean Pines! Favorite restaurants- Lombardi's and Harpoon Hannah's. Just (!) discovered Sneaky Pete's, another new favorite. So many places, so little time.

Cleaning people left our door open. Staff not friendly. Ants on bathroom floor and dead bugs on bathroom ledge. And I was told room was oceanfront when I booked. Cleaning guy wore orange fuzzy slippers which I did think was appropriate for work

The room was clean. The hotel is at the boardwalk, and there are several beach access points right in front of it. There are two pools available to use. The bathroom was clean, and the sink and mirror are outside the bathroom, so more than one person could get ready at a time. All of the staff were very friendly! We were able to see the ocean and, several mornings, were able to watch dolphins from the balcony. The balcony has 2 chairs & a small table, perfect for relaxing.

I liked the location, very near to the beach. Our corner room was large, and we had two balconies. It was easy to find parking in the road opposite the hotel, and there was also a hotel carpark, although you had to pay for this. It might be more of a problem in high season.
The indoor pool was very small and very warm. The outdoor pool was nice, and quite large. It was a little chilly, which we didn't mind, but it put some people off using it.

Customer service is very friendly and cordial. Installations are clean and very well-maintained. Quiet, safe, and perfect for those seeking privacy and an environment free of crowds, with a beautiful and peaceful bay view. The breakfast is delicious. Perfect for families.

Room was ok. Typical old fashion hotel in an old fashion place. But price was ok Va many others. Not particularly clean, but not even dirty. Balcony was a nice addition. Position is good!
