We had a wonderful stay at Pestana Orlando Suites. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience — we would gladly stay here again.

The room was big and everything was new and clean. Breakfast was great-the Mickey Mouse pancakes were a treat. The pool area was nice and the sport areas. We got an early check in and a late check out. We could walk from the hotel to a nice area with stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Location, location, location is perfect specially if you are attending a convention. Very accessible to public transportation. I was able to go around by just using the bus. The facility is clean. Breakfast was excellent.

If you're in Orlando for a cruise out of Cape Canaveral, the...

If you're in Orlando for a cruise out of Cape Canaveral, the hotels will be substantially cheaper there then down at the Port. You will have a reasonable UBER charge to the port, which takes you all the way to the ship you're traveling on. Also, in the area that we stayed for our hotel, you have 5 or 6 named resturants right in the area for walking distance. We did it on 2 different occasions.

There was enough space for our group. The room was outdated.

There was enough space for our group. The room was outdated. We were in the very back of the resort & construction started at 7:00 am even on Saturday. Upon check in we were given the wrong room complete with programmed keys. Walked right in on another family sitting around the table. Took 25 min to get a new room & keys. The next morning discovered disturbing items under the stairs, looked like a homeless person had been staying there. Notified guest services, no action taken. Items were still there days later. Felt very unsafe there.

Everything I did was great including meals.

Everything I did was great including meals. Traffic was terrible. And the car rental was closed at 4am when I dropped off the rental. Had to get an uber to get to the airport. Very unprofessional. And I still have not received my $250.00 deposit.

Sea World and Aquatica were very nice. We enjoyed it a lot.

Sea World and Aquatica were very nice. We enjoyed it a lot. Lots of attractions that were really close to the hotel. Denny's was great for breakfast. We used an Uber for our trips to the Convention Center due to parking issues there for the competition.

Old Town Celebration is excellent.

Old Town Celebration is excellent. The car show on Saturday nights is an unexpected but excellent night. We probably won’t go to so many theme parks next time. There is plenty more we have to do next time!

We stayed on Disney property for a few days before moving to the Ramada. While we loved the convenience of shuttles at Disney resorts, we paid a fraction of the cost here and we were able to hit all of Disney and universal park with short and cheap uber drives. The hotel is also 5 minutes walk from a huge Walmart which was a money saver in itself. I could not recommend staying here enough.

I enjoyed my stay and this place served well as somewhere to stay whilst spending time at Universal studios. They had shuttle buses to Universal which worked well and the hotel was a 10/15 minute walk from all the restaurants and attractions on International Drive. The room was really big with lots of space and very comfortable.

The localization was the best part of this hotel, in the middle of the International Drive, behind the 24-hour McDonald's, and near a Walgreens. There is a free shuttle to the Universal parks, so that was a good deal.
