It is very near Disney Parks and it has great breakfast options. Room is very spacious and it is great for big families. It is family focused and we loved it.

The room was great for a family of 5, we were all comfortable and had a great time! The breakfast was amazing as well, lots of options and Mickey waffles!

The breakfast was exceptional. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was so polite. They took care about our stay in the hotel. The location is one of the best assets of the hotel mainly for Universal Studios, EPIC, and other theme parks

Staff was helpful, a lot of places to eat nearby, complementary shuttles to universal park, wifi connection is good, rooms are clean

My new favourite hotel! Saw sunrise from the 6th floor outdoor heated pool. Delicious breakfast. Couldn't sleep (jet lag) so walked around the hotel - beautiful art especially in and around the 4th floor mezzanine conference rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Loved it. xx

I loved the location. How convenient it was with all kinds of restaurants and stores nearby. Also I loved the way the staff helped us and even spoke in spanish when our english was limited. Thank you.

Location, cleanliness, and most of all, the staff! Kiara was really nice. She checked me in and did a good job. Also, the guy at the front desk on the 1st floor helped me with a forgotten item when i checked out my room. Orlando AC hotel is 5x better than the Miami location. People in Orlando are much nicer! Their toilets work, and they have a microwave. It changes everything. The valet person outside the hotel was also cool!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The beds and pillows was very comfortable, the location is great, it's close to food and shopping. The staff was very friendly especially Andrea who took care of us at check in, and also gave us a few recommendations. This hotel is 10/10!

Everything! The room was amazing, the front staff were beyond amazing. Free drinks for a few hours w room key. Breakfast was great. Everything from cereal, danish, you make your own waffles or pancakes. Also, had a omelette bar and buffet.
