Excellent location on the 1st line of the Pacific ocean beach not far from San-Francisco (possible to access by public transport). Big and comfortable room with very nice view on ocean. Very good restaurant with delicious food and amazing view on ocean as well. There are walking trails around the hotel with very beautiful views either!

The on-site management increases a sense of safety. It just so happened that there were 2 guest-related incidences that occurred during my stay, and the manager quickly and efficiently took care of both incidences. He was polite and informative, and graciously welcomed my bringing these 2 occurrences to his attention.

Staff was very helpful.

Staff was very helpful. Online advance checkin made the in person part of the process quite fast. The location is great for my family visit. I have been getting upgrades to oceanview rooms (my 3rd stay here). There is an in room mini fridge and a coffee maker. There is a shared small microwave near the elevator. On my first visit, I fell in the shower because the floor was slippery and I never like the feel of the reusable rubber mats. Now there is a fixed anti-slip pad on the tub floor which is much more secure for showering. Although there are less expensive alternatives, I like the view, ample covered parking, and the ambiance here. Aside from the coffee maker, there is no included breakfast, which would be a welcome addition. There are some walkable coffee shops however.

Great beach town in Northern California...

Great beach town in Northern California... Easy access to pop into San Francisco for baseball or any event...Has a neat recreational cannabis shop... Nicks restaurant (a 96 year old tradition) is a great experience...

My son lives there, so I would have enjoyed my visit...

My son lives there, so I would have enjoyed my visit regardless. However, Pacifica is beautiful and quiet with some great restaurants, so I can confidently recommend it for travelers who aren't visiting family. It's also close enough to San Francisco to conveniently see most of the attractions there.

Restuarant was very pricey and only offered seafood choices. but the view from our room was better than I thought it would be and the staff was nice. There is a restaurant across the street that has a better variety of food for those who do not eat seafood.

The beach and the area at this time of the season was nice.

The beach and the area at this time of the season was nice. The weather was perfect for swimming and hiking. Going to shopping and food places in the area is simple, especially with walking distance. The Taco Bell cantina was one of the more interesting fast-food restaurants to check out if you're out with adult buddies having a good time.

Nice coastal town.

Nice coastal town. Lots of options for walking, bicycling, and driving. Shopping close by, also close to Half Moon Bay and about an hour up from Santa Cruz. Beautiful beaches, golf courses, and the drive along the coast is dotted with places to pull over and snap some photos.

The location is so beautiful! So close to the beach and we could see the ocean from our window. The young man at the check in was wonderful and told us that whales were active, and we went to the beach and saw one of the most amazing scenes I have ever seen of leaping whales! They are not there all the time, but I was amazed at how active they were. There are good restaurants near the hotel, and it is an easy drive to the BART station and city.

The location is very nice. Pacifica is always a great little town which we love to visit, a good number of times as a matter of fact, coming all the way from the Greek islands where we live. We had great expectations this time around and were looking forward to spend quality time at a rental house which faced the ocean and offered majestic views of the ocean.
