The Holiday Inn express & Suites Pensacola Airport North at I-10 is a wonderful hotel. We were visiting to attend the Blue Angels Homecoming show. I am not sure if many traveling spectators, would choose or chose this hotel but it worked perfectly for our needs. We were booked in a king size room. Staff greeted us promptly and were professional and personable. Our room was nicely appointed with a half size refrigerator, microwave, single serve coffee machine with coffee and tea single serve cups. The room felt modern. There is plenty of lighting and an excellent amount of USB ports and electric outlets that are very accessible. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with Dove products at the sink and in the shower. I had read other reviewers rave about the breakfast. And I assure you all the positive feedback is warranted. The breakfast options included cereal, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, French toast, egg, white, omelettes, turkey, sausage, bacon, hot biscuits, bagels, cinnamon roll, muffins, other pastries, three types of juice, and a coffee station. The breakfast was included with our hotel stay and worked well so we would not have to waste time with additional stops on our way to the venue. I wish we had stayed long enough to use the pool or the fitness center. But they are there for your use should you want them. The only criticism I have is that the toilet seems to have loosened from the tile floor in our bathroom. I hope the hotel makes the necessary repair. We would recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Awesome customer service. The place was beautiful and I loved it. Clean and when asked for more wash towels it was handled in a timely manner. I would visit again and tell others about this place. Great service.

Easy to access from the highway, making it ideal for weary road warriors. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. Overall, I’d highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable place to stay while traveling

Breakfast is fresh, tasty. Fried potatoes is excellent. Orange juice is good. Everything is perfect. The room is very clean. We were able to sleep well through the night. All of the Staff are very nice, friendly. I had to change my reservation the last minutes and Jasmine made the process smoothly. She went above and beyond for a customer. I appreciate this very much.

The room had everything we needed. Wasn't too small. We loved the little gym and laundry room. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay there again.

The service was wonderful. The staff for overnight was completely amazing. The check-in overnight staff team makes the chicken process very easy. I really appreciate the snack and water after a long drive. The breakfast was delicious fresh and hot. Hotel lobby and eating area was clean. Room was nice and clean getting extra towels wasn’t a problem. Hotel in a great location.
