What I like the best is their small but very functional fitness room: equipments that are useful and accessible 24 hours a day. Staffs are nice too. And for the first time after covid pandemic (in traveling to US), house keeping every day! Location is great as well. I did worried the potential noise from the mini basketball court on the third floor, but I could hear barely anything when kids were playing there.

The unit is spacious and very comfortable. The location is great, with downtown Chapel Hill (Franklin St.) and Carborro both just a few minutes drive. Miguel is a great host, very good communication to insure easy access to the unit and to make sure all our needs were being met. Our stay was for one week.
