We enjoyed the four outings we had.

We enjoyed the four outings we had. The Heinz History Center is amazing and we learned so much about the history of the city. The ride up and down the Duquesne Line was fun and the view at the top was amazing. The second day we rode the Double Decker bus for a historical tour of the city. We learned so much and seeing so many skyscrapers, the beautiful murals and the different parts of the city enlightened us. We enjoyed a river boat cruise very much. Very relaxing and seeing the city and scenery from the boat gave us a different perspective than what we saw on the bus tour.

Loved the incline!!!

Loved the incline!!! Loved the bridges and the people are kind! The sandwiches were huge and the pierogies were DELICIOUS! The t-train and bus systems were not too difficult to comprehend. Did not like how exact change was needed for transit. Sometimes I didn't have cash. Parking with car/app was EASY but the parallel parking was challenging. There weren't many stores that I could see like in my state where there are 7-11's on every block. The game at PNC park was AWESOME! There was some garbage in the street. I did feel safe enough to walk 20 minutes back to airbnb after game. The illusion museum was fun! MILLIES ICECREAM bonus- there was lactaid to purchase right there HAHA. GAMECHANGER.

One of my favorite cities I can do by myself because I attended college there and met relatives who were more than family! The transit is way above average. There's so much for adults to do that's free ir affordable and even more for young people. The concert and festival times are great free Jazz festival gets better every year. Great restaurants downtown and beyond. I lived there 8 years and look forward to moving back

There is LOTS to see and do in Pittsburgh. Roads are very confusing and traffic goes very fast. My GPS often lagged behind on quick turns, which I often missed because I was in the wrong lane. Beware!

Red review of pittsburghSo, you're heading to Pittsburgh, huh? That's awesome! You've gotta check out the Strip District for some seriously amazing food and unique shops. The museums there are top-notch, especially the art and natural history ones. Make sure to ride a cable car up for some killer city views. The bridges are a pretty cool sight, too, and there are tons of them! You can spend hours just wandering around and soaking in the atmosphere. Oh, and don't forget to try some pierogies while you're there. It's a must-do culinary experience!

We had a quick weekend trip.

We had a quick weekend trip. My daughter and I visited the Cathedral of Learning, which was excellent and we would recommend the tour of the heritage rooms there. We rode the funicular to Mt. Washington, visited the Carnegie Library and Phipps Conservatory (during their flower show). We took advantage of several excellent restaurants and wandered around different parts of the city, including the Northside, the Strip District, and Point State Park.
