The interior design is very cool. The staff was friendly and helpful. An artistic, modern and an exciting property. A classy way of bringing the past artifacts of the original use of the building to its present design and use.

Location is good. There are restaurants coffee shops close to the hotel. Very safe area.

Right downtown, friendly staff and we had a good breakfast the one one that we ate there. Parking on site (for a charge) and close enough to get around Pittsburgh without needing a car. Baseball game was memorable, especially the views from the ballpark.

This was a perfect location - parking on hotel premises. There are several restaurants within walking location. Very dog friendly- there is a nice dog park right across the street and a walking / jogging path behind the hotel for those doggies who prefer a solo walk along the water. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was hot buffet.

The meals at the hotel were great! The service provided by most of the staff, with the exception of one, was also great! I want to mention AJ exception customer service! He gets 4 stars from all of us.

Location was great Over-sized lot for my expedition at no charge

It was the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in awhile. Staff was super friendly and rooms were very clean.

Free happy hour drinks, great breakfast, and wonderful views, what isn’t there to like? Skip valet parking and park around the corner in the city lot for cheaper rates.

It was such a nice place to stay! Everything was perfect including the gym!

I loved the fact it was easy access to and from the highway as well as walking distance to the PPG Arena.

How accessible everything was and helpful the staff is and how friendly they were.

Corner rooms with office living are the best. Complimentary Happy Hour was excellent, but should either start at 4 or run until 6:30 for those of us that work until 5-5:30 so we can make it. Figure out a way to add heaters to keep the beer garden open later in the season or at least make this space accessible to guests.

Everything was excellent. Great location, centrally located to pretty much everything. Beds were comfy, hot buffet breakfast was solid especially since it was included and free parking.

Great location. Great services. The breakfast and dinner are included and they're very good. The facilities are clean and in good shape.
