United KingdomPerfect location beside the inlet. Short walk to watch the boats . Short walk to boardwalk and lovely long white sandy beach. Iron very helpful but instruction to use on any flat surface with towel would be helpful with the iron. There is small cafe attached . Dawn Easter service 6am opposite side of inlet was really beautiful and riverside cafe offered free hot drinks and pastries.

I'm always here "off season", so I can't comment if it gets crazy in the summer. I like the laid back atmosphere, it feels more like a community rather than a theme park. Small seafood restaurants connected to the wholesale/retail fish markets serve up wonderful local catch. I also highly recommend a visit to the Aquarium! The Atlantic Motel was VERY clean both the room and the pool area. The maid service was not obtrusive. The website indicated that there was a coffee and tea common area, but there was not one. It was a long walk to reach the beach and boardwalk, but do-able. There was several seafood restaurants, but they were quite pricey. We drove into Brick Township a few of the days where is a lot of shopping and eateries.
