The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were granted a late check out and were able to use the pool until we needed to catch our flight. The location / ocean front room was fantastic. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The scenery was great with easy access to the beach.

Thanks to the receptionist, our problem with our room was solved efficiently and successfully. In fact, without her I don't know what we would have done. We were given a new room immediately and we didn't have to move out of the old room until the next morning which was excellent. The gym is good. Our room was clean, the bathroom left room for improvement.

I love the kitchenettes because I enjoy cooking my meals, so I don't usually have the breakfast but it looks great. The staff is particularly helpful and positive. The close location to Mayo Clinic is key for me. The free hourly shuttle is perfect and it's even close enough to walk, .8 miles.
